The Game start

Darwin's plan is to eliminate Nate being the Alpha of white clans. Nate is his rival regarding power, rank, and privilege. Nate is the most influential and powerful wolf in their city. Nate is also known as the first dangerous Alpha in town since he killed the notorious clan using his claw and fangs.

Comparing Darwin to Nate, Nate is the most powerful than him, and Darwin knows his place. That's why he will use Beatrice as his card to eliminate Nate. 

Three days after Nate and Beatrice's wedding, Beatrice moved to Nate's house. She will now live with Nate, and that thing keeps disgusting to her. And because they're married now, they must live under the same roof.

"Can I sleep in another room?" She asked, knowing they needed to sleep in the same bed.

Nate looked at her. He needs help understanding the actions of Beatrice.

"Other rooms are occupied with my stuff. I'll arrange it by tomorrow morning. Your only choice is to sleep here in my bed, or you sleep on the couch." Nate said. Beatrice laughed slightly and crossed her arms.

"Is that how you treat your wife?" She asked. Nate gave her a smirk.

"I treat everyone nicely, so I am giving you the option to choose," Nate said. 

*Nicely, your ass, you killed my sister, and now you're saying you treat everyone nicely? Jackass.*

"Oh, really? You treat everyone nicely, you said." She walked inside of Nate's room and sat on the bed.

"Then you go sleep on the couch, and I will sleep here in your bed." She said. Nate's forehead frown because of what she said. 

"You must be kidding me." Nate complied.

"Do I look like joking to you now, Mr. Vowell?" Beatrice asked sarcastically.

"Yes, Mrs. Vowell." Beatrice suddenly stopped as she heard Nate calling her Mrs. Vowell.

She looked at him seriously and stood, Beatrice couldn't explain her feelings now, she was not sure if she was mad because Nate called her Mrs. Vowell, which is Nate's last name, and the fact that Nate killed her sister reminded her that he's an enemy, or she's happy because finally she's a Mrs now and her dream of becoming a Mrs comes true.

"Hey, are you okay?" Nate asked her. She just looked at him, picked one pillow from the bed, and started walking towards the couch.

"Yes, I decided to sleep here," she said as she put the pillow on the corner of the couch and lay down.

"Hey, you can sleep in my bed--"

"Goodnight, Nate." she cut him off and closed her eyes. She used to sleep on the couch since she was living with Darwin. She never sleeps on Darwin's bed because he doesn't allow her to sleep there. 

 Nate, on the other hand, sighed and watched her sleep. Half a minute passes and Beatrice is sleeping peacefully on the couch. Nate scratches his head, starts carrying Beatrice, and puts her down gently in his bed. He also fixed the blanket and made sure that Beatrice would feel comfortable sleeping before he walked towards the couch and slept there.

In the morning, Beatrice woke up from a sound sleep and stretched her body before she sat on the bed. As she sat, she noticed she was in Nate's bed, so she immediately stood up and tried to remember what happened last night.

As she tries to remember everything, she also starts to walk to exit Nate's room and go to the dining area.

"Good morning Madam Margarett." She looked at the maid who greeted her. 

"Your breakfast is ready." the old maid said as she accompanied her to the dining area.

"Where's Nate?" She asked as she noticed that Nate was not in the dining area, she sat down on the dining chair, and the maid preferred her breakfast.

"Lord Nate comes out very early today. He informed me to accompany you while he's out of town." the maid said. Beatrice's brows frown.

"He's in out of town?" she asked. The maid stands straight as she's done, preferring her breakfast.

"Yes, Madam." 

"For what reason?" she asked.

"Lord Nate didn't tell any reason, Madam. He used not to tell us specific reasons for his business." The maid explained. 

Beatrice's eyes narrowed as she thought of what is Nate's business. She began to eat her breakfast and started to think of a way how can she kill Nate.

On the other hand, Nate left early to do his agenda with the Dangeoun pack. He has a meeting with its Alpha, so he must go early to prepare some stuff.

"Ugh, my back really hurts." He complained as he left his car. He stretched a little bit and started to walk inside the meeting place.

"Boss, are you sure you want to face them alone?" His Beta asked. He just smiled at him and patted his shoulder.

"Of course, They're our ally. They will not do anything bad." He said, smiling. His Beta feels strange about his idea of facing them alone. Rayver knows that the Dangeoun pack betrays so many clans. He's afraid that something will happen if his boss faces them alone. 

"But boss--"

"Shh Rayver, trust me, I can handle this," Nate assured him. He just sighed.

"Anyways, can you buy my wife flower? Here is the money. You can give that to her after you buy it." He said.

"How about you? I need to pick you up." Raybver said. 

"No need, I can go home alone," Nate said, handing him the money. Rayver looked to his boss.

"But boss--"

"Rayver," Nate called his name in a warning tone. Rayver just sighed and took the money.

"Please call me anytime if you need backup," Rayver said, Nate just nodded and started to walk away from him.

On the other side, Darwin is watching Nate from the CCTV camera; he signals his people to accompany Nate and looks back to the monitor again. 

"Boss, the drink is ready," Huisen said. Darwin smirked and stood up from his seat.

Darwin was about to put wine in the glass when the door opened, and he saw Nate; he smiled at him and stood up straight.

"Welcome to the Dangeoun building, Mr. Vowell." Darwin greeted him, Nate smiled at him, but his aura was full of power and spoke of seriousness.
