161. A Little Hope

Riley was speechless, completely unable to refute James' words.

The young man then let out a long breath.

James sighed seeing Riley's soft gaze towards him, "Hey, listen. I know that my father did wrong, but ... that doesn't mean that people have the right to say that he's the worst general. Right? After all, he has protected this kingdom. He also risked his life."
