Chapter 5 - Seeing Again

That girl! She just stole a kiss from me and suddenly walked off. Not that I was looking forward to more action. I tried to be a gentleman and kissed only her forhead and she kissed me on the lips! I don't kiss girls on the lips on the first date. And that wasn't even a date. It was just a dinner with my friend, Dan.
I sounded my horn to signal her I was on my way back. She turned her head, smiled, and waved. As she entered the gates of the village, I also turned the car around to go back home.
Home. The place where I live to eat, sleep, work, and study. It was big but actually empty. Yeah, my mother and my son lives there with me and I have a few maids to do the chores. However, I haven't slept with anyone in my soft king-size bed since we came back ten years ago. I haven't had anyone to scrub my back in that marble tub that I had installed.
To my friends, I may be a playboy so they refer girls to me left and right, one after another. But they were only for dating. Someone to talk to and joke around with my circle of friends. Someone to keep me company during those get-togethers when they are bringing their wives or girlfriends. My friends think I'm a lonely as**ole and yes it's true specially when I am at home and not busy with a case to study.
Teeet. Teeet..The sound of my phone buzzing took me out of my reverie. A message popped in my Instapix.
"Atty, I forgot my phone in your car!"
Nu-uh. There's no way I'm turning back as I was only a block away from my home.
"It's ok, I don't think I'd be getting any messages tonight. I can get it back tomorrow. I can use my lappy for online messages." It was as if she had read my mind that I wouldn't be going to her village tonight. What is this, some antiquated ninja move to force me to see her again? Usually, after the first meeting, if the guy does not like the girl, he would not contact her anymore. This girl however seems smart. I smirked recalling that she was not only smart, she also has a big butt. Yes, I was interested to see her again.
"It's ok, if you can't see me again, you can have Sir Dan give it to me." - Another message from her.
"It's ok dear. I will be there at your house before you even have your breakfast. ;) " I replied to her adding even a wink smiley as I parked my car and fumbled for my garage remote. The heck! Why did I even replied like that? I hate getting up in the early morning. I would usually wake up early but I don't get out of bed until 8 in the morning just going through my phone until the alarm rings. Nice move Provi, I reprimanded myself.
Her POV
True to his words, I heard his BMW's honk as I came out of my room. It's a good thing I was dressed and prepared for office. Just I didn't get to prepare breakfast or even coffee. I grabbed my bag and my office keys and made my way to out.
He pulled the car door open and signaled me to come in.
"Hi! I said while smiling."I'm really sorry to trouble you." I stood by the door and apologized to him.
"It's no trouble at all. I usually wake up early," But I don't go out this early, I added in my mind.
"Are you going to office already? " He asked.
"Yes, but actually I didn't get to eat breakfast yet," I said with a shy grin.
"That's okay, I'll treat you out for breakfast I suppose you would have time before your office work," He said while smiling.
"Yes, it's still quite early."
"Get in then and let's go."
As I took my seat, he bent over and pulled on the belt and locked it up at my side. He smell so damn good I feel like biting his neck. No I am not marking him, this is is not a werewolf story. It is just my weakness when the guy smells good.
"I smell good, huh? That's just Bvlgari. " he said as he chuckled and started the car. It was as if he read my mind! It was a pleasant mild scent that makes me want to keep on smelling it. He looked fresh in his white shirt and denim shorts. Hmm, sexy legs, not too hairy. My eyes! Why I noticed those things?
"What are you looking at?" He asked teasingly.
"Nothing, just.."
"Just your ears are red." He laughed at me. Now he knows when I am embarrassed. Actually, I don't blush but if I am feeling shy, embarrassed or lying thru my teeth, my ears turn red. It seems the blood just rush to there instead of my cheeks.

Her POV After dinner, Provi got his driver to bring us home. He kissed my forhead again before letting me out of the car. Provi opened the window on his side and I waved at him and sent a flying kiss before walking towards my front door. I threw myself into the couch and massaged my temples. All the riedness of the day weighed heavily on my shouldes. I had tried my best to calm down after the encounter with my ex, his girlfriend, and his mother. How unfortunate that the man I was seeing now is actually a close relative of theirs. OR.... It may be a blessing ni disguise that I can actually make a revenge on those very mean people. Just as I was thinking of those people, my phone suddenly rang. I got the phone out of my bag thinking it must be Provi. However, I noticed it was an unregistered number. I don;t usually like talking to strangers and I don't like this kind of prank from my friends. I pressed the END CALL button. After placing the phone on the table top, it rang again.
