Tristan felt his inner tremor. What his birth mom said was all true. Even without knowing that he was a twin, the Order was already on his tail. He knew he must protect his family, all three of them. But he needed more information. Tristan's curiosity got the better of him. "What do you mean, my life depends on it?" he asked, his eyes locked on Kaida's.

Tristan's mind reeled as he tried to process her words. "What power? What are you talking about?"
