Chapter 322

Rhett stopped what he was doing. He plunged the wooden house into complete chaos. Benedict was used to living alone and liked his peace and quiet. His head was about to explode from the ruckus Rhett was causing.

So, Benedict shouted for Rhett to stop the chaos.

Rhett looked utterly aggrieved. Benedict remembered what Lucy said and took the butcher's knife from Rhett. He caught the chicken and duck with ease and slit their throats to let the blood out in front of Rhett.

When Rhett saw it, he quickly ran to Lucy's side and helped her with the vegetables. "Lucy, your mentor is terrifying!"

Benedict snorted and went to handle the poultry. Peace was restored to the wooden house.

A steaming, hearty dinner was laid on the table two hours later.
