"Mr. Silverclaw," the doctor began, his voice calm but laced with curiosity, "I couldn't help but notice your reaction when I entered. You seemed... startled."

Vincent cleared his throat, attempting to regain his composure. "Oh, it's just... I've been having these strange dreams lately, you know? Nightmares, really. So sometimes, reality blurs with my imagination."

The doctor looked at him, perfectly keeping a straight face. He returned his gaze to the tablet he came in with. Vincent on the other hand was searching for a hint.
