The Witching Hour Of Birth

King Darius and his Brother Louis followed Behind the moment she stroll pass them without acknowledging their presence.

he didn't pick it as an offence and would never do such.

because he could sense she's still chanting some words and  her lips didn't stop moving.

Ayanna Stood before the Queen's chamber...

hearing her cries and muffles, she didn't stop her chant.

Boston wasted no time in granting her access to the room.

The royal physicians, assistants and Nurses all heaved a breath as Ayanna walk towards their Weak Queen.

"Take this My Queen and Feel better like their is no more pain". Ayanna said as she slowly position for the cup filed with concoction to the weak Queen's lips.

as the queen drank from the cup. 

she continued her incantations. "By the Powers of the moon's pale light, I call upon the forces of healing tonight .... Amor..  Amor ... Vincit omnia... love conquers all, Heal this heart, Make whole, standing Tall!". she whispered.

and when the queen was Done drinking from the cup. Ayanna said her last word to. "Congratulations My Queen... it's a Baby girl "

"huh!?". The Queen uttered out ... she could feel her body building up again.

a movement began making its way through her abdomen... cervix... then at her Vaginal...

Modesta mouth flew open when she felt something coming out from her vagina but no pains at all was attached there...

she was completely healed... by the Witch herself.

Ayanna simply turned her back on her and what followed next was the cry of a child.

"oh.. My God!". The Head Physician mumbled as she took charge of the baby..

the equipment stored immediately and she cut off the umbilical cord, Slowly handing the baby to it's mother.

"it's a Girl... Your Majesty it's a Girl". The head Physician uttered and what followed next was chants of joy from the crew members.

it all happened like a film to the king.

in just a split of seconds... his child... his daughter is here.

Louis happily rushed to his brother's wife and hug the latter.

"Congratulations Desta!". Louis whispered to her ears.

king Darius didn't made a move... he just stood rigid at the spot staring at the woman that just saved his wife's life.

oh how can he repay this.

Ayanna sighed and began leaving not when the king's voice stopped her dead on her track.

"Thank you Ayanna Mahatma". King Darius said with a smile lingering in his lips .

Ayanna slowly turned to him and bowed quietly.

"it's my duty to save the people". She whispered her voice sounding so cold and lack of emotions.

Darius quickly nod his head... she's right...it's her duty to save the people 

"But how do you know my wife's predicament". Darius asked... he's left brow rosed in confusion. "we didn't reasoned about you... cos everyone was thrown into jeopardy... but the time we came to realization.. you came here instead... like I am absolutely Shock... How did you do it Ayanna!". Darius uttered expecting a positive reply... and of course her reply always come straight and plain.

"I sensed it". she said and Darius shook his head not wanting to believe her word..

but that was the absolute Truth 

"How did you...."

"If you don't Mind... My liege I...

Her words were interrupted when Louis came back with a bright smile.

"Oh Ayanna... it's so nice seeing you here... I'm greatly honored.. And thanks once again for saving My brother's wife... The Queen of Lunaris "

As Louis said those words ... Ayanna had already been thrown into her own trance.

for once in 33 years on Earth, she was carried away by someone's beauty.

Every goddamn thing about him made her heart skipped and thumped loudly on her chest.

But right now... she think she's smittened.

"Ayanna?". Louis voice interrupted her again and the king smiled.

she couldn't look at the voice that called her rather...

she focused her gaze to the king himself.

"I'm inviting you for tonight's Feast... you made a huge impact in this and we the royal family will surely grace your entrance"

her lips began moving to make a reply and the only word that came out of her lips was just

"No!... I will pass!". was all she said before turning around. she left the hallway not pausing to give a second thought.

she made her way to the Court Yard,,Swiftly packing her things...

she left .... more like she dismissed herself... HURRIEDLY!.

Her heart won't stop pounding aggressively in her chest.

and staying anywhere close to him... will make her suffocate.

As she left through the gigantic Metallic Gate.

Gossips all began spreading round the castle like fire.

🗣️:was she casting a spell or...

🗣️:that's obviously incantations..

🗣️: God she look like a possessed woman during her incantations.

🗣️: I almost peed in my pant when an invisible cup appeared in her hand.

🗣️: f**k... My breathing seized 

🗣️: she's so good at this and I now see the reason why she don't come out from her shrine.

🗣️: the shocking part of it is the bag she carried was light but the stuffs she brought out from that bag alone😱... it's so damn much and heavy.

these were the maidens gossiping at a corner at what just happened few minutes ago.

all shaking their head at a real life Magic.

one of the maidens ran towards them while panting...

"Guess what happened again... the whatever concoction Ayanna mixed in that cup did not only saved the queen's life... it also made her give birth with ease... no slight pain... No f**king pains... just the cry of a child and you know what the next shocker was?". the maiden paused and others immediately shook their head. "Ayanna predicted the gender of the King's child.... She mentioned a Baby girl and that is what the queen gave birth to... we now have a Princess in our Midst!". she yelled in happiness before scurrying off and the gossips continues.

🗣️: damn... Ayanna is a God herself 

🗣️: That concoction she mixed really saved the Queen the stress of screaming in pains.

🗣️: if that concoction is this powerful... then I can't wait to take in and meet Ayanna to give me some concoctions. so that she can save me the stress of feeling pains ... Labor pains.

🗣️: I'm still in dazzle.. this just happened like a movie.

🗣️: if this is truly a movie... what name should we give it then..

🗣️: I think THE WITCH'S BREW is a perfect name for it.

🗣️: what about this.. THE WITCHING HOUR OF BIRTH.

🗣️: what about this one... A PINCH OF MAGIC.

🗣️: lol... the names are all good... just wish Ayanna will show up at this feast that's coming up tonight.
