Hanging up the phone, I called Rebecca and asked her to help me reach out to Sofia.

Sofia's husband was the CEO of Starlight Hospital, which was equal in standing to Hogen Hospital, a large private hospital.

I would have to ask Sofia for help every time I encountered something, and that made me feel really guilty. I had little choice but to ask Rebecca for this favor.
