Chapter 74

The man drowned his unrest under the influence of alcohol, and he chose to be at the bar spending the night with the alcohol he repeatedly ordered.

"You alone, Mike?" A man came. He touched Mike's back gently. From the look in his eyes, Mike already knew what his intentions were. Until Mike brushed his hand away, making the man slightly change his expression to be complicated.

"Mike, don't turn it down."

“Do you think I'm cheap? I don't need anyone else."

Mike got off his chair, left the man earlier and returned to his car, which was parked right in front of the bar.

“Damn it… My head hurts.” Mike caught his breath, but the pain didn't diminish at all.

Two faces kept popping up in his mind, Riley's and Jason's.

“They both almost made my head explode. It's very confusing….” Mike paused when he looked at the car's steering wheel before him.

His eyes looked unfocused and it wasn't long before he fell into his car, sleeping in the pain he felt.
