Shocking Truth (1)

Inside the Clintons’ living room housed hundreds of affluent people. Some were mingling, some were drinking, and others like Saffron found a quiet spot at the corner to sit, but because she tried to mind her business didn’t mean that others would.

“My dearest sister-in-law finally showed up. I was wondering if you wouldn’t,” Sebastian walked over with a glass of clear drink he sipped from.

Saffron smiled faintly, “Hi,” she greeted.

“Hi? Are we acquainted?” he chuckled and stood in front of her. “I want you to come to the garden, at our usual spot, otherwise you wouldn’t know what I’d do.” He turned and left after that with a smile on his lips.

Saffron was stunned by what he just uttered, ‘Usual spot?’ they didn’t establish a spot! In fact, they’ve only seen each other three times in five years, he ignored her two times and the third time was when they met at the greenhouse, or was that what he was referring to?
