“I'm just asking a very simple thing, Mom. I didn't incriminate her with silly questions.” I sighed, promptly ending my dinner.

My appetite disappeared suddenly. I saw Grandma who was acting strangely in front of us. The behavior makes it clear that Grandma is hiding a big secret. We look at each other like an enemy who is inwardly entrenched.
