Thirteen

 I was just walking into the school lobby when everyone laughed as I passed them. I furrowed my brow in confusion while still trying to think positively. I didn’t wear a strange outfit because this morning Bella prepared a pink hoodie and a black blazer with boots that match the hoodie. 

I didn’t bring my backpack because Terrence didn’t drive me home. However, was it so strange that they burst out laughing? What made them laugh like that? 

“Kate!” a call made me turn around quickly. 

Britney waved at me, telling me to hurry over to her. I who know nothing immediately went to meet him. She folded her arms across her chest in annoyance. 

“Britney, what happened?” I ask. 

“Huh ... I’m confused to explain, Giselle is really too much,” said Britney. 

“Why? What did she do?” I asked again. 

Britney sighed, then she shook her head.
