I am very happy. I cannot contain my happiness. I feel at ease having two of my own here with me. Life here won't be bad after all and the most exciting news of it all is that they'd be getting married.

I just believe everything is working out well for me finally and I cannot wait for the many exciting moments that are to come next.

I got startled when I felt someone snake their arms around my waist.

"Oh my goodness!" I uttered in surprise.

I turned to see Damon with a smirk on his face. "That for you, didn't it?"

I folded my arms across my chest as I composed myself. "Don't ever do that again and what are you doing here?" I asked.

"Are you asking me that? You should know," he replied.

"I should know?" I pointed at myself. "And how should know that?" I questioned.

"Are you pretending not to know or do you like to be taken by surprise? Which is it?" He walked closer to me and I moved away.
