SKYLAR POV I lost the guys for a little while after I got to the MoonBlood town, but there was some sort of fair or market in the town centre. It was amazing. I spent quite a few days making my way around the market, looking at all the different things they were selling. I also noticed that a lot of the stalls had stuff to do with witchcraft, while others had stuff that you would associate with other things supernatural and myths. I picked up a few small trinkets that I could easily carry, there was one item, an amulet that I kept going back to. It was beautiful, but what was even more interesting was the fact it had the same pattern as the brand or tattoo that one of the guys has on his neck. I went back and looked at it three times and even now I am on my way back to that stall. If it is still there, I think I will buy it this time. RILEY POVWe head to the LightBlood clan but there doesn't seem to be anything happening, Julian and I do a border run with one of the patrols we see a couple of rogues but they keep going, so we head back to the clan leader's office to meet back up with uncle Dominic. I watch as she tries to get to her feet, but it is too soon and she collapses; I move quickly, wrapping my arms around her so I can pick her up and put her back onto the bed. RILEY POV After leaving Seraphina to see to Ryker, I do a quick round of the town, with Isabella now missing and everyone on edge after such a close call at actually reuniting with Scarlett. I know that we will be moving on soon. I had found one of the stores here had a supply of blood lollies that were hard to find but were absolutely delicious, the best thing about them was they were made of pure human blood they helped with the craving when one is in a position where they can’t get their hands on real blood from a bag or a body. SKYLAR POV I only left the motel room to grab fresh food and water. It is how I have always been when it comes to my work. I don't think of anything else until I have finished the two hack jobs, once I finally venture out of the motel room, I notice that the market is no longer set up in the town centre. GRIFFIN After what happened with Scarlett, I went on my week trek away from the pack making sure that I made it to a far-off and totally unpopulated area before I allow Memphis to release a significant amount of his Angel power. And just like clockwork, within an hour, I feel the energy of 3 lower-class warrior Angels heading my way. I don’t want to fight them, but if I don’t and just run, they will follow, and when that happens, they cause more damage than I do. Maybe it is them that they should be trying to stop. However, I still haven’t found one that won’t fight me to the death to take a message back to their supervisor. THIRD PERSON After the close call during the war of watching and nearly losing Seraphina, Dominic decided to pass the throne to Nathaniel and take his Lady Seraphina somewhere safe, somewhere he could protect her but still be close to family for a werewolf needs her pack. SKYLAR Julian made a few phone calls, and it wasn’t long before someone he seemed to know turned up to drive my Berkeley back to the castle while Julian took me back on his bike. It surprised me at how good it felt to be on the bike, at how free it made me feel. Even though I had been travelling for weeks, I hadn't really realised that I had stayed so close to the castle and to Julian. It only took us a couple of days to return on the bike.
