Caleb watched Nazima leave then turned to glare at Nadine. “Do you see what you have done, are you happy now, huh?” Nadine did not know how to answer. She didn’t mean for this to happen.

When she told on Caleb, she thought Nazima will only scold him and she would get to watch the show. But now the queen seemed to be angry, and she was not the only one. Her general, Caleb was angry too.

“I am sorry general, I did not mean for this to happen, I only wanted you to look after yourself so that you can heal properly. I thought the queen would only ask you to stay put.”
