Chapter 41

Everyone was shocked to see the man fainting like that. No one knew what to do at that point, they didn’t know if they could check on him or just leave him like that. They looked at Brandon waiting for him to say something.

Except, he didn’t say a word instead, he looked at the man laying on the floor as if he wanted nothing more than to kill him. As if killing him would make everything alright.

That it would bring his creature back or make the men on the ship call. Like if he could only end his life then everything else would be fine. In his anger, Brandon went and kicked the man hard on his ribs making him wince in pain.
