Kayah’s Point of View

The castle shifted into a magical hall for my coronation. Seven’s people did their utmost best to turn the dark castle into something out of fairy tales. Instead of its usual black, Seven finally agreed to temporarily change the paint into blue and white just for tonight.

My gown was a royal blue ball gown. It was the same gown that was passed down from generations. The original design was preserved and never altered. It was seemingly the gown adjusted to fit the Queens of generations.

Cassandra awed at my make-up and gown.

“Oh my gosh, my lady, you looked so stunning,” she praised me.

I thanked her and let her lead me to the main hall of coronation.

“Cass, you can leave me here. I’ll be okay,” I said once we reached the hall where I’ll descend using a stair.

Sabrina’s parents, the Alpha and Luna arrived at exactly seven in the evening Rom trailing behind them through the threshold. King Seven greeted them all with a smile.

I was there hiding as I watched th

Kayah’s Point of ViewNot only did Seven send me a curious look but his sister Kelsey was there too. She was curious as her brother. She has her hawk- eye pasted on me.Few days before the coronation.“And you should know better than to speak to me in that manner,” I retorted sharply. It was obvious that Kelsey didn’t like me or even want me around so there was no need to be polite with her.Kelsey was taken aback by the sharp response from me but Kelsey didn’t stop there. She sneered. “Who do you think you are? Do you think that you can just show up and expect everyone to listen to your whims?”“Even if you don’t accept me as your Queen, you shouldn’t forget that I am also an important wolf,” I slowly turned around, I caught a glimpse of a few guards watching them, including Ron. “And do you know what having a healer title means? It means bow down.” I moved so fast that Kelsey didn’t have time to react, before she could come to her senses, I slapped her, kicked her legs thereby ca

Kayah’s Point of View“I hereby present to you the new Queen of Rogue Kingdom, her majesty, Sabrina Moonhalf. All will address her accordingly. Those who will disrespect her will face death as punishment.”The tiara on my head was changed into a blue sapphire laced crown. It wasn’t as big as Seven’s but it held the title that every she-wolves wanted. The crown that was supposed to be Sabrina’s. “Hail the new Queen! This will strengthen the relationship of my kingdom and the Queen’s pack,” Seven said as he held my hand and led me before all the rogues and Sabrina’s pack. “I agreed!” Alpha William raised his wine glass to everyone. “My daughter, the last healer, is the pride of my pack. It is natural she’ll be mated and marry the Highness. “We stayed neutral for a long time and it is a common gesture to support the side where my daughter was mated.”The party went on and I requested Seven to let me rest for a while in a private room. I decided to close my eyes and put everything behin

Seven’s point of View“You know, give her the benefit of doubt,” Sebastian, my best friend said. He was the captain of my offensive warriors. The man went out of his way to come here instead of going home? I stood up, pushing my chair back and walked around my mahogany table. I sat at the ledge of the table and pursed my lips."And?"“Maybe your conclusion about her is true. That she’s someone else.”I roled my eyes. “So can you tell me why does she look like Sabrina?”Sebastian drank on his glass. “Then maybe she has an amnesia or something.”“Maybe. But what are you doing here?”Sebastian said nothing. His adam's apple bobbed slowly as he swallowed down his nerves. His eyes immediately took refuge at the ground. His fists were clenched and his jaw was tightened. The papers would have to wait. It appears to me that my best friend here was in trouble. “Remember Austine?” he asked me. “How can I not remember him when I killed his father?”"And... I think you should send him away

Kayah’s Point of View“Tell Me Who You Are!” Seven yelled at me. He was in his half werewolf appearance, something only a rogue could do. “Who are you, pretender? His sharp claw ripped through my stomach, opening my skin as the brooding he was smiling at me. The sinister look in his eyes forced a shiver to leave my body. Blood trickled down my stomach, the thick drops diverting my attention from the pain, but only momentarily. I knew I'd heal, but the pain was still as harsh as ever. "You need to know that I'm not messing around. Where is the real Sabrin?." He smirked at me, falling over his words. I knew he was somewhat intoxicated. Deciding that silence would be my best tactic, I backed away from him slowly. Trying to convey peace with my eyes, hoping for some humane part inside of him. Just as he'd about to thrust his claws, a snicker came from behind and a scream left my lips as my thigh was sliced open from behind. A woman walked into my line of sight. It was Kelsey! She wa

The chattering between the rogues was buzzing and kept my spirits up during this breakfast. Seven had been occupied, not saying anything to me at all, which forced me to converse with Cassandra. I'd learned a lot though...According to her, having a Queen would strengthen a Kingdom and a Queen that was a healer was a plus. She also said that a healer is a must since it could heal the ‘savage’ side of the King.“Savage?”“Oh, you never heard of it, my Queen?” Cassandra asked confusedly.“Uhm no?”Cassandra looked at me as if she couldn’t believe what she had heard.“Are you playing a prank on me, your majesty?”I looked at her confusedly.“Why would I play a prank on you? I was just asking,” I said.“Uhm, you were the one who told our King that you don’t want to do anything about her Savage part. You told him that he could go to hell. You hated him so much that you kept on rejecting his proposal.”Damn…“I-I did?” I said as if I didn’t remember what she was saying but the truth was, I

Kayah’s Point of View"It really isn't that hard, Sabrina." A humored voice interrupted my struggle.Puffing out a frustrated breath. "You can see me struggling, therefore it IS hard. Stop pissing me off, Seven."I was helping Lilly with the chores around the house, anything to rid myself of the boredom of being here for an entire day with nothing to do. I’m used to working anyway. Right now I was cleaning the windows in Seven and I’s bedroom, but it was almost impossible to get it without those ugly ass lines. Seven had apparently heard my frustrated grunting every time I got it wrong and decided to come in here and piss me off."You're struggling because you're horrible at it. You’re a sheltered wolf, remember? I was still wondering how you learned cooking and doing some chores." Once again a cocky remark which made me nervous again.“People do change,” I told him and winked. “To be able to serve you, Your Highness,” I added dropping the equipment on the floor like a child.I heard

Kayah's point of viewIt was Ron. I was scared of how much he just witnessed. Quickly standing up, I met his questioning gaze. Bad excuses were flying around in my mind, too fast for me to catch one, which ended with me standing like an idiot and completely dodging his question. “It’s nothing, you can leave now,” I said, turning around to see his face but only met with a sinister smirk. He took a threatening step closer to me, standing so close. My heart started to beat faster. This was not the usual Ron. Something was off about him. “Ah,” he said. “You really did make the most of becoming the Queen despite your fake charcade,” he added and pretended to tap the dirt off from his shirt even if it was clean. “Were you surprised?”“W-what are you saying, Ron?” I asked nervously, trying to step away from him. “What was your name again? Kayah, a pack runt and an omega who was constantly being bullied not just your mother but your half-siblings too.”I gulped. “Who are you? You are no

Kayah's Point of View"W-where are you taking me?” I asked nervously as Seven carried me bridal style after his dominating kiss that made my knees like jelly. “Somewhere where I can cut your rebellious attitude,” he replied and growled a bit. “You’ll regret this for disrespecting me, Sabrina. I was willing to wait for you but then you pushed me to my limit. The Queen never disrespect a king, especially me,” he said and whispered the last part in my ears that made me shudder. “W-what d-do you mean?” I asked nervously. His lips that were slightly brushed on my skin intensified my nervousness. And mywolf purred in delight. "Relax Sabrina, I won't bite unless you ask," he added, a smirk on his face.I gupled and tried to relax my stiff muscles.I wasn't comfortable with this and him radiating heat, this wasn't going to work.He took me in a room that I never knew was part of the kingdom. “Oh, you’ve been a bad bad girl, Kayah,” Luis smirked and then he signaled the three men to show me what would happen if I disobeyed him again. My bruised body now slumped, shackled to a chair. After they caught me trying to escape, the trio of men beat me senseless and tossed me into this room to waste away. I could still feel the sting of Brian’s fist smashing into my cheek and the blow of Luis’ boot driving into my gut. Clumps of brown hair had been ripped from my aching scalp, Bob was responsible for that. These men, these tormentors, did far worse than just hurt me. They claimed it was to teach me obedience. To crush my spirit. And they nearly did.“What happened to fresh, not scratched and in a good condition, Boss?” Nate asked when he entered the room again. “She’s a wolf. She can heal,” Luis rolled his eyes. “You really hate this woman a lot?” Nate asked. “Not her but her damn mate,” Luis replied. “Is it also tied to her?” “Whatever their problems were, I’m out of it. The man with tousled brown hair and piercing forest-green eyes spoke from across the room. Though he didn’t raise his voice, his imposing presence made it feel like he was right beside me, shouting.“What did I say about talking back?” he growled, beginning to close the distance between us. Before he could get far, the second man extended an arm, halting him with a sharp, warning glance. He muttered something too quiet to catch, then slowly started toward me instead. His long black hair framed a pale, severe face, and his deep blue eyes locked onto mine with unsettling calm.“I suggest you listen to him, Kayah.” I winced hearing my name leave his lips. “You should understand something, we’ve planned this carefully. Your little help is gone, and no one will help you, let alone save you from your impending doom. No one’s coming for you. Which makes this very convenient for us. She told us that no one will care enough to look at you.”Now kneeling in front of me, he leaned in, grabbed m

As soon as the scream escaped my lips I knew that all hope was lost. “I heard her! This way!” With no other choice I stood up and ran out of the horrible room and I didn’t stop to look where I was going. I only looked up long enough to see the front door I had come through a foot away when strong and rough arms snatched my waist. I screamed once again as the arms took me away from my escape and hauled me to the room at the end of the hall. I fought and kicked with all my strength, grabbing and clawing whatever I could get my hands on. With each futile attempt the arms only grew tighter around me. A door was opened and I was shoved into the room I once heard the voices arguing from. With a gasp I took in the gruesome and horrifying scene in front of me.I landed head first after being thrown into the room. I gawked at the scene of terrors that lay in front of me. In front of me was a still and lifeless body. The last of the body's blood puddled around the girl as it leaked from the m

I woke up and felt everything was odd. The room was unusually quiet, so eerie.“Rache?” I called her name but no one was answering. Where the hell is she? I asked myself. I got up, made myself a coffee when I stopped my mug mid-air. Amidst the scent of coffee hitting my nose, I smell something but a scent. It was so strong that it actually overpowered the coffee’s scent. It was them. Damn it. “Rachel!” I screamed but no one answered. I didn't wait for her to answer. I grabbed my phone and ran through the door, looking for a fire exit. Even if the scent was still a mile away, I knew they would eventually catch up with me. So I better run and call Rachel when I think I’m safe. My lungs ached with the force I was putting on them. I never really ran. I wasn't out of shape, but I definitely wasn't athletic. Okay, I’m used to running, but not as urgent as this. I ran when I needed to chase a prey but not the other way around. The closer I drew to my destination the more I couldn't hel

Defeated, I started the journey back to our apartment. I knew she would show up eventually, just like every other time she left.Letting my mind wander, I turned the corners while walking back to our rented house. I passed street sign after street sign, worn down building after worn down building. The town was old and dusty to say the least. As I walked, I planned out what I would do for the rest of the day. The only thing that kept me going now was that I had to find my son and take him back with me. Time seemed to fly while I thought about the reason why I was away from my pack and to Seven, and after about twenty minutes of breathing in smoke and dirt-filled air, I arrived at the door to the apartment building. The apartment buildings we lived in strongly represented a motel and were the cheapest housing options around. I didn't particularly like it, but it was all we needed so no one would suspect me.Sighing, I walked up the concrete steps and opened the wooden door, only to rev

My pack has decided to end everything and take back what they used to own, their dignity, they castle. Seven his real reclaimed the name and that the Moon Goddess has crossed the line. “I know it’ll be dangerous, but this is for our son. I want him and neither would I give you to her,” I said when I’m done telling him Hailey was actually Lunar and that she tricked him. Seven was speechless when he heard it but it didn’t change the fact that she has our child. Seven took the alpha position and talked to the pack mate, the rogues who had been in the human settlement howl, ready to reclaim the throne and their home. “Are you sure about this Red?” I asked her to utter a spell, a spell that would prevent Lunar from tricking Seven again. Now that Red has become apparent, he told us he was actually ex-deity and used to side with Lunar back then. He admitted Lunar was delusional and told us about her tale, about her falling in love with Fenrir only to break her heart in the process. He

My voice echoed, bouncing back empty.I fell to my knees. My baby was gone. And not even the wind could tell me where.I pressed my hand to the grass where he’d been taken. It was still warm.My fingers tingle..Then, I heard something.A whisper. Soft. Like a breeze.“Kayah…”I looked up. The trees shifted slightly. Then it stopped.Six didn’t hear it. Only me.“Bitch,” I said and she just laughed. “You couldn’t have that’s you took me son?”No answer.I heard a chuckle like the bitch was amused. “You so Hailey,” Lunar said. “I don’t care about whatever image you took,” I said. “Seven and I had a history.”I swallowed hard. “Maybe it’s time for you to tell him about her.”“Shut up!” I screamed. “Ayah,” Six whispered. “Let's go back.”We returned to Maryan’s.Red was still breathing. With a moan I moved my long hair to the side, exposing my neck to my mate and pressed my bottom firmly against him. He didn’t keep me waiting. There was a loud roar of approval before his teeth sank deep into the spot where shoulder meets neck, and his cock penetrated my tight entrance.I cried out from the sharp pain and my arms gave out in front of me. Six didn’t loosen his bit on my neck as he followed me down to the bed. My legs would have given out too if it hadn’t been for his claws latching onto my hips and keeping me in place. I let out another scream of pain as he dug his teeth deeper into my skin, making sure that the Mark was deep enough to scar.I could feel the blood dripping down my neck and it was just as warm as my tears on my cheeks. The pain in that moment was great, so great that it drowned out any pleasure I had been feeling until I was shaking from pain. It felt like an eternity had passed until Six finally peeled his sharp fangs out of my skin. His rough warm ton
