Chapter 7

Waking up the next morning, I was surprised to find myself laying on a pillow with a blanket covering me.

My first thought was how had that blanket and that pillow, moved all the way from my bed and where the heck is Wolfie!

Seems he had disappeared again.

I got up calling for his name but he was no longer here.

Maybe he went to hang with his other wolf friends,

I thought with a sigh. I guess I was okay with him only coming to me at night just as long as he was safe.

Now that I think about, I also had to save money for the Vet. So that he did not get fleas or sick out there. That is if I could even find or catch him during the day.

Man being a new pet owner was work.

Still I made sure to leave a container with water and another with some canned beef in case he would come during the day with her gone.

“Sam see ya, I have to pass by the pet store. I have a new pet now,” I shouted to Sam as workday ended.

‘Good for you Sel! You should bring him one day, I love pets.” He happily
