Chapter 12

Selena`s POV

You know when I had closed my eyes and gone unconscious. I had thought that would be the end. That I had reached death`s door.

First had been the void of darkness, which I had found myself swimming in endlessly.

Suddenly a circle had appeared and sucked me into a series of confusing visions.

The first one had been of the moon. I stood in space and saw a small piece of the moon breaking off and falling down to earth.

It rained down like a meteorite and absorbed itself right into the womb of a beautiful majestic-looking woman. One who was relaxedly sitting and resting near a lake.

The woman quickly clutched her stomach as if she had felt it, something entering and merging with her unborn baby. She stood up and turned around, with a look of emergency, as if to go see someone about what had just happened and the vision ended.

I was back in the darkness again.

“Blessed Moonchild,

Your powers are awakening.

Your mate is the Key.”
