He seemed offended but I did not care. I called the waiter over to pack the dishes. After the waiter was gone, he then said, “I am sorry for showing up unannounced but it is for the benefit os us both. I shook my head at him for still trying to squeeze money out of me despite everything. I signaled to my boys and they came in. I spoke into the ears of one of them to bring me some wads of money from the car. I had not come with my personal assistant but this man was the head of my security personnel and could be wholly trusted.
