EVA

"SWEETIE, YOUR FRIENDS ARE HERE. Come down here!" Mama Fe shouted.

She came home early today just to congratulate me, but she will also return later to the hospital. But that's okay with me, and at least in that way, I can see that she supports me. Even though she knew I was a lesbian, she still accepted me.

I'm wearing a pair of blue short shorts and a simple oversized black t-shirt that shows off my sports bra because it's sleeveless and has a big "Eat Me" print on it. I curled my long brown hair into big curls and wore black Vans shoes. My makeup was simple, but I made sure that I still looked seductive.

Cell phone, check! Potions, check! Purse, check!

"Get ready to hook up, baby," I said to myself in the mirror and winked. Then I sped down. Those gorillas are impatient.

I said goodbye and kissed Mama's cheek and left the house.

"Witwew!" They joked when they saw me.

"Ev, are you sure you're really a lesbian? In case you change your mind, don't exclude me from your options," Joma joked with a smile.

He was in the front seat next to our driver for the night, Jon. Anton was outside and opened the door for me. Miko is sitting pretty in the backseat.

"Eww. I wouldn't trade nice girls for rough boys. Eeehh," I said, pretending to be sick.

They laughed.

"Come on in. You really want to be raped by Amber," Miko shouted.

I got into the car and sat next to Miko. The gorillas are also looking handsome tonight. I can smell their strong perfume too. They appear to have sinister plans for tonight.

A lot of teasing and talking happened as we headed to the party and Kesha's song "Timber" was playing loudly on Jon's stereo.

These guys and I became friends when they defended the four of us against my bullies during my first year at Marion High. The four have been friends since grade school. I'm really lucky that they let me into their group.

They also encouraged me to join the school's clubs. That’s why now I'm on the volleyball team. When they found out I was a lesbian, it was okay with them. They accepted me and defended me against judgmental people.

Loud music could be heard in Jane's house. Their big house was filled with Marion High students and other people I don't know. Jane's parents are so cool because they let her have a party at their house.

Everyone drinks and dances. My friends and I got separated, and I haven't seen them since we arrived at the party.

'We will guard you,' I said to myself, shaking my head. That’s what the gorillas said to me earlier, but where are they now?

I went to the kitchen to get a drink. I only drink occasionally because I'm not a pig. 

Mermaids also get drunk like normal people. And I don't want to do anything unsightly that will ruin the reputation of our race. 

It's getting late at night. There were many attendees that I didn't even know but always congratulated me. I just smiled back at them.

I walked out of Jane's house towards the sea. I've had a few shots too. I was just walking around the place.

I saw familiar figures kissing in a corner.

I didn't see Anton and Jon. Maybe Anton is hiding again from the girls chasing him, or maybe he already has a sex partner.

I was near the exit of the house when suddenly someone grabbed me. I was about to try the basics I knew in Judo when the stranger suddenly grabbed me. Luckily, I recognized who it was.

"Baybee…" Amber said drunkenly as she wrapped her body around me like a snake.

'Ugh! My life was at peace. How did she find me?' I tried to get away from her. But when I saw her face properly and her whole being, I swallowed several times.

Who doesn't? She looks like she's almost naked, wearing a backless sleeveless in thin and short fabric and a micro mini-skirt that looks like her panties can be seen. Oh, God! Amber is drunk, but that only adds to the charm and beauty she has now.

Oh, temptation! Stay away from me! I suddenly sang the song in my mind.

Well, I still couldn't speak because I was looking at her big bulges that were also attached to my chest. I couldn't help but wet my dry lips with saliva because of the heat I felt.

I hurried out of the house and thanked God that Amber didn't follow me. My drunkenness is gone. I didn't realize that my feet were already tracing the meeting place of Amor and I.

I carefully sat on the rock far from the sea. I made sure that the seawater wouldn't get me wet. because I get a tail when I get wet with salty seawater.

I couldn't stop myself from crying. I released all the chest pains I had suppressed during the ten years I waited for Amor.

"Amor. Amor. Amor," I cried while leaning my head against my hugging thighs. "Why am I still longing for you?" I talk to myself.

I cried along with the strong waves crashing against the rocks. With my eyes heavy from crying, I fell asleep on the beach sand.
