I shivered slightly watching the TV. In the next instant, a cold sweat covered me.

What the hell was happening? Who were the two assassins that had struck and killed Simon despite the heavy guarding of the residence?

Also coupled with the fact that these assassins were able to escape almost immediately after killing Simon.

They were fearless and took action two days after we managed to kill James.

They used the moment of tension to cause another tension. What could this be implying?

I frowned as I asked myself a series of questions. Who in hell could be responsible for this assassination?

From the way the assassins escaped and everything, it showed that they were highly skilled.

Also, this meant that the assassins weren't humans but also werewolves. It seemed like some powerful pack had heard of the commotion and they had come to take advantage of it.
