**Scarlett's POV**

“You're letting go?” I asked, my voice laced with shock.

“I'm not saying that I'll forget her or something. I just don't want to feel this pain continuously anymore.” He bent his head.

I sighed. “I know, it's a good thing to let go, but are you really letting go because you want to?” I asked him and he nodded.

“Most things I've understood from what Arnold told me is that holding on to the past can stop you from doing what actually makes you happy. You can't forget the past, but you can choose to be happy,” He faced me with a smile. “I have chosen to be happy, Scarlett.”

I smiled back. “That's a good one. I didn't know you had this side to you,” I joked.

“There are countless things you do not know about me.” He replied and I smiled.

He took the picture and placed it on top of the shelf. Furthermore, he also dropped the frames he took out of his drawer on the shelf too and faced me.

“That's the last one,” He sighed, putting his hand on his waist.
