“Don’t aim for my heart, the feeling is overwhelming.”

Daisy’s POV

“Leave us, Astrid,” Hades repeated.

Astrid’s face was in shock, her mouth wide open as she finally understood Hades’ command.

“Babe,” she spluttered.

“Now!” He shouted, hitting the table in anger.

I jumped slightly, startled from the anger in his eyes as he stared at Astrid, waiting on her to argue.

Astrid scoffed, “fine,” she gritted out, her eyes zeroing in on me as she moved closer towards me.

Her shoulders shoved mine, and I stumbled into the wall, knocking my head against the lamp holder on the wall.

“Slut,” she hissed, closing the door behind her in a loud bang.

My hand pressed the part of my head I had hit on the wall, I could feel a slight bump forming on the spot.

“why do you reek of another man?” Hades asked, barely looking at the pained look on my face.

“where you sleeping around?” he growled, looking at me with accusation in his eyes.
