CHAPTER 66

HARDIN'S POV

I knew I had to keep quiet at that very moment especially as he worked on my son. The last thing I wanted was for him to her upset because I was quite aware of how he could be whenever he was being pushed to a corner. I shivered, muttering some incoherent words of prayers while I stared on. I began to wonder who could have Wanted my son dead amongst those in the clan. My son had done nothing but save their lives after the pack was taken over but then they repay him by trying to kill him. I was really hurt and vowed to exact revenge on whoever it was that planned to kill him. I noticed the doctor bring out a powder like substance from his small and dirty bag and was about putting it on my son's nostril.
