BLAKE'S POV

As we trudged along the forest path that led home, various things ram through my head. I reminisce on the treatment we were given back then and I couldn't help but be thankful that my father had shown nothing but kindness to the people around him when he was alpha. If he hadn't been kind to the Alpha, he wouldn't even have given us an audience talkless of entertaining us or even helping us. After moving through for about half an hour, I turned to the men who had followed us to help lighten the load on my men.

"I think you should return now. You've really relieved them of it for the while you carried it. Thank you very much," i said to their leader who stared on at me.

"Are you sure you don't want us to help you further sir? The distance surely must still be far away," he suggested, a wide grin laced to his brows. I shook my head in the negative and cleared my throat.

"No, you do not need to worry. They'd continue from here. Thanks for your help," I insisted, leaving them
