"What is it Mrs. Harrison?" Mabel finally spoke as they reached the office. Mrs. Harrison sat on her chair.
"Please have a seat Mabel" Mrs. Harrison pointed at the seat in front of her. Mabel nodded and sat down.
"Mabel.... you know how we have kept you on work for all these years, right?" She asked Mabel politely.
"I know Mrs. Harrison" Mabel nodded in agreement. How could she not know that Mrs. Harrison had to turn deaf just to let her have this job. She was barely eleven when she joined this office. She was chased away everywhere because she was underage only Mrs. Harrison was kind enough to let her work due to her situation.
Mabel kept her head low with a mist of sadness covering her eyes "Is there any complain on my work again?'
Mabel looked at Mrs. Harrison hoping that she'll refuse it but she instead nodded "This time it's too bad. Almost all the parents are protesting that they won't give us any pups unless you ... umm left the work" Mrs. Harrison said with a angry voice "I don't know what has got into them, they won't listen this time.." she keep her hand on her forehead.
Mrs. Harrison really didn't want Mabel to get out. She was such a good girl all these years, even the pups liked her the most.
"So what do you think we should do?" A voice staggered inside her head.
"I don't know!!! I don't want her to give any more trouble but no one is going to keep us unless..." Mabel looked at her other half who answered as always "Just wait for the right time Mabel"
Mabel sighed... No matter how much she faces problems, her wolf would always say it's not the right time to come out... Other wolves turn on sixteen but god knows why she wasn't ready to came out... Mabel felt annoyed but she can't let other have trouble due to her.
"I'll quit then" Mabel said as she looked up to Mrs. Harrison.
Mrs. Harrison had already expected this. Even though she wanted to stop her but she can't because this care center was the only source of income for lots of people working there. She could only sigh in defeat.
"What will you do now?" She asked lovingly...
"Don't worry about me Mrs. Harrison, I'll find a new job and yeah not the one to change diapers anymore" Mabel joked as she got up.
This time Mrs. Harrison didn't laughed at her stupid joke instead she walked up to Mabel and hugged her tight.
................
After a while Mabel came out of the office. She wanted to visit the children once for the last time, she might not see them from now on...
As she reached the main hall, she saw through the transparent glass that the parents were still there. Mabel hesitated for a while.
Should I enter or leave?
She look at the children inside, they were playing happily. She better say goodbye to them who knows if they ever meet again? Anyway she had already lost the job.
With that she inhaled a deep breath and twisted the door knob.
"Good morning parents" she gave a slight nod to the crowd and walked towards the children "Hey pups"
"Hello Mabel"
All the cute children came running towards her. She was everyone's favourite one. She was the only one who plays with them, don't get annoyed, never scold them and even reads them stories time to time.
Mabel squatted down on her one knee for the pups to reach her and opened her arms wide for them but as soon as the pups reached near her a grumpy voice came from behind.
"Stop right there you moron, don't touch my pup"
Mabel turned her head to see Mrs. Willis giving her death glares at her. She was one of the rich woman in the pack. She was holding a branded bag along with her hundreds of dollar costing clothes. With the elite make up she put on her face, she looked very rich. But She always looked down on Mabel.
"Yes Mrs. Wil.."
"Shut up you weak human girl, don't touch my child. Who knows if you also make him like yourself." She stormed towards her son Jacky and pulled her away.
Mabel felt hurt with her words, she was always told the mean things like "weak", "Human girl", and so on.
"What? Did my words hurt you?" Mrs. Wills don't want to let go Mabel easily. In her eyes, weak and poors are meant to be hurt and bullied.
Mabel didn't want to get into problems, she had other things to get worried about. She better leave them and go to search for jobs since they won't allow her to talk to their pups.
"Absolutely not, Mrs. Willis" Mabel tried to fake a smile as she walked out of the room.
"Where do you think you are going" Mrs. Smith came in front of Mabel blocking her way out.
She had a wicked smile on her face. She was just another woman as Mrs. Willis who loved showing off and bully the poor.
"I mean let us give you some tips for taking care of our pups" She reached out her hand in her extravagently expensive looking purse and took out a one dollar change from her bag. She threw it in front of Mabel.
"Haha... You know what Mrs. Smith, let all of us give her some, she might need some" Mrs. Willis threw another one dollar in front of Mabel.
So did the other ladies in the room. In a short while there were a lot of cash thrown in front of her.
"I think this will be enough for a human girl to survive" Mrs. Willis said with a mocking smile.
"I'm not a human." Mabel felt humiliated with their behavior.
"What? What did you say?" Mrs. Smith cupped her ear with her one hand. "Say it again?"
Mabel felt anger rising inside her as she yelled "I'm a werewolf just like you Mrs. Smith."
With her words, everyone around her begin to laugh loudly. They couldn't believe that this looser girl was still bluffing in front of her.
"Then why don't you show us how your wolf looks like?"
Mabel kept her head low with her mouth shut. At this time she felt angry at Ivy. It was her fault all along, if she wants she can save Mabel from all of these but she chooses to hide still."Why don't you turn into your wolf self, if you are a werewolf?" Mrs. Willis spoke forward as she moved around Mabel looking at her worn out clothes that were old by now."Yeah, Mrs. Willis is right. Just turn into your wolf form" Mrs. Smith came in support. Of course, a person like her will always support someone like her. After all, she loves bullying people too."Or else we will think you are just a liar, who likes to bluff things off""Look at the innocent puppies, they'll think Mabel was a liar. Ha ha"Mabel looked at the children and she felt worried. They were the only friends she had till now. She didn't want them to think her as liar.Just as Mabel was thinking of a way to get away from these, she heard someone opened the door. It was Mrs. Harrison, she just came in right time. Even though

"Where are you Edward? Did you do what I asked for?"On the other side of the phone was a elegant woman in her fifties. She was living on a luxurious sofa of some pack house. There were lots of servants around her, she once looked around and then everyone was gone from there."Ma'am I'm just doing...""Cut the crap Edward. It's been five days I asked you to get someone. I can wait no longer. Do you hear me?" the woman on the other side of the phone yelled."Okay mam, I've got a girl already. I'm just on my way back" Edward white kept his tone as soft and small as possible."You got it?" The woman stopped for a while. She looked around once just to be clear if anyone was around. Thankfully no one was in the living room. Everyone seems to be busy in their work. She then cupped her phone and whispered "Get her somewhere safe. And yeah, don't call me until I call you.""Okay, got it ma'am""beep beep"The woman hung up the phone and smiled. It was such a relief for her to get someone at l

She tried to balance herself but the kick was so hard that she fell on the ground with a 'thud' sound."Where is the money? Give it to me" Alexander Hughes was here for money as always.
