Chapter 03

Aiden's - [P.O.V]

I had soon reached the pack, I was meant to spy on.

The dagger pack.

Working as a waiter was my perfect disguise.

I was a werewolf hunter.

The deadliest of my time and could hide my real face from anyone with magic.

My father... The alpha king sent me here to specifically investigate the relationship between Ezra pack and Dagger pack and he had his reasons.

He feared for a corporation happening between them, which might cause an invasion of our pack.

No one was going to know who I was.

Because if they knew I was the alpha king's son... My cover will be blown as to why I visited.

So I had to remain mute to keep things private.

I didn't want anyone knowing who I really was.

But soon... My lips almost parted when I saw her.

She was a werewolf waitress taking an order right in front of me, and my wolf was dragged towards her aura.

She was no ordinary werewolf.

She was royalty and a hybrid too... I could feel it.

She also reminded me of someone I had fallen for and banged sometime during the heat season.

But she seemed to be a different person.

As the lady I knew had completely white hair.

So she definitely wasn't the same lady.

I knew at that moment that she was definitely my fated mate.

I could see her scent through the air like rainbows and I followed this scent heading towards her.

She noticed and was staring back at me.

But then, she took her eyes off me as she pretended that she was not staring at me.

I knew definitely that I was indeed hot.

Ladies wanted me so badly in my pack... So I know what gets into the mind of a woman when she sees me, and that was the same eye she gave to me.

I bounced towards her and she said Hi.

I looked at her lips, wanting it so badly, that I almost told her to tell her that she was my mate.

But I could not do this because of my mission.

Plus she was a dagger pack member too, so I needed to be careful as well.

Aiden feared that he might be in danger if he exposed his true identity to Elsa since he came as a mute person to learn about the pack secrets so he remained silent.

I nodded a yes with a bow to signify greeting and then gave her a warm smile to calm her down.

My wolf was pushing me so badly to mark her.

He wanted his mate so selfishly without caring about the mission given to us by the Alpha king.

I had so many things to do, plus I did not know of Elsa's background as to why she had a powerful blood, but that should not be my focus now.

I had an order to carry out.

But I could see something else inside of her.

Why was she pregnant?

And for whom did the child belong?

I was indeed curious to know more about her.

Soon afterwards, while I was serving the last two customers who had ordered for a meal... I began to feel a hurt running through my chest.

It felt a bit cold and then it started to hurt slowly... I dropped the food over their tables immediately apologising to them as I turned opening my shirt button, while I looked at my chest.

I could see red glowing lines over it.

It started getting more painful and was headed downwards towards my stomach.

I knew it had to be Elsa... Something was probably wrong with her baby or her in general.

I rushed into the kitchen to see she was not there.

I wanted to scream asking the rest waitresses and waiters about where she was.

But that would blow my cover so I continued searching for her instead.

Finally, after searching if anyone was watching... The last place left to enter was the only female toilet.

"No one is watching." My wolf said to me and I immediately got into the toilet.

"Well you should just pray to the moon goddess that your boss does not catch you here, because then you will be toast." My wolf warns me.

"Stop scaring me already." I warned.

I walked through the different individual closed mini room doors before I felt her presence more in one.

This was probably really inappropriate... But whatever she was going through had to stop.

It was hurting me too.

"What if she is a demon Aiden, I am scared Aiden." My wolf added as I finally gathered the courage.

I opened the toilet door seeing Elsa holding a knife against her stomach... About to stab it.

She closes her eyes in fear as she strongly attacks herself with the short knife.

So I used my magical powers.

My werewolf eyes glowed with my veins shining red in colour as I removed the knife from her hand.

She began crying as I stretched my hand palm towards her and she held it standing up.

As soon as she got up... I held her to myself tightly as she cried in-between my arms.

I was already so in love with her.

I carried the knife she held and showed her my angry wolf eyes, before throwing the knife and she hugged me in return, bursting out into tears.

"I am so sorry Aiden, I won't try to hurt myself or my baby again... I promise." She said to me.

I walked her out of the toilet and we arranged the place together before we got dismissed.

I wrote over a paper of my interest to escort her home so I could at least be sure that she was safe and she agreed holding my hand as we walked off.

She stops at a building close by.

The house was a bit rough but manageable.

She offered me a seat and soon she got a call.

"Hello, am I speaking to Elsa... It's Sabrina." I used my werewolf ears to hear her conversation.

"Yes, Beta Sabrina! It's Elsa." She replied.

"Oh my god! Elsa, you won't believe what happened." She said over the phone.

"What happened?" She asked.

"Your step sister Brenda has assumed office as the Luna of the pack and she has sent rogues coming to eliminate you, be careful." She warns her.

"Brenda was later said to be unqualified to be a Luna of the pack and everybody is missing you so badly now as she is tormenting the entire pack, literally turning everyone upside down." The beta said to her as Elsa listened.

"Really?" Elsa asked.

"Yes and Brenda could not conceive for the alpha too and it made Alpha Ezra really furious! But I will be visiting his chambers today to tell him that I am not happy about his decisions... How could he humiliate and send you away." Sabrina said to Elsa.

"He did humiliate me... But I never told him I was pregnant because he betrayed my trust and right now... I don't give a fuck about them!" She said as she cut the call and threw her phone to the ground in pain as she looked away from me.

"I don't care!" She said as she began crying.

"You all didn't care about me... During the rejection ceremony! Why would you care about me now that she wants me dead!" She cried more as I held her to myself, cleaning the tears off her eyes.

I needed to be closer with Elsa.

This was my best medium to get information about Alpha Ezra's pack while I was at Dagger pack.

She stands up on her feet.

"You need to leave." She said, looking at me.

I nodded a no to her.

But that got her even more frustrated.

"Go!" She screams, throwing away everything on her table and I rushed holding her as she cried.

"Hmm." I said removing a second life reincarnation coin and wearing it over her neck.

Since she didn't want me around her, I decided to go.

But to secretly watch over her still.
