Chapter 02

Elsa's - [P.O.V]

I stared back at my alpha mate who could see that I was not as hurt as much as he must have wanted.

"How dare you?" The elders said to me.

"Oh really... You all forgot that I once had the authority to take your lives., But here you are..." I said upset

"Condemning me!" I roared.

"A woman that once protected your lives and sacrificed so much, for all of you." I said looking at them as tears began to run off my eyes.

I literally had to put my life at risk saving Alpha Ezra's life when he was kidnapped, a few years ago.

"A woman that gave her all to settle the chaos and war rising against this pack." I said in pain as I dusted my hand.

"So why should I not be glad for you all today?" I asked them as silence filled the chambers.

"I am glad that since you all thought that hurting me is the best solution, then you all have made the biggest mistake of your lives and I can only smile." I said to them as they watched me, shocked at my courage.

It turns out that Elsa had played a major role in the pack by saving the life of her mate and negotiating with other packs to avoid wars from occurring, despite this her mate wanted a child badly and was ready to let her go, even though it meant she would have to be killed.

"Oh would you shut up!" Ezra says to me.

"Of Course Alpha Ezra... I will keep my mouth shut... I don't care anyways." I said strongly to him.

I needed him to know that his whole rejection game was a joke compared to seeing him sleep with numerous women, including my eldest sister when I carried his own child in my womb.

He looked into my eyes and I could tell that he got the message I was trying to pass to him.

Brenda walks out from the crowd finally and instead of coming to console her little sister... She rather stood by the side of my mate... Watching me burn.

But it was obvious that I wasn't hurt by his actions.

"Elders of Ezra Pack, I also wish to announce and ordain today that Brenda will be my new Luna of my pack, and will stand as my love by my side." Alpha Ezra announced and ordained Brenda.

And then he started kissing Brenda before me.

"Yep, I can tell it hurts." My wolf commented in my subconscious.

The crowd was silent in return.

They knew this was definitely foolish.

I was born royalty with the destiny of a luna.

My eldest sister was not born with this magic.

But it still hurts.

I felt a cracking right in my chest and it hurt so bad that I could not even stand properly.

He literally gave my position to my own sister.

"Hail Alpha Ezra!" The council elders said.

"Hail Alpha Ezra." The pack members responded.

I was indeed Furious, burning in rage.

She even kissed my mate back romantically too.

I felt those genuine tears rushing from my entire body and heading to my eyes as I immediately ran out of the chambers... Heading for my room.

I kicked the entrance door open as I had reached the room, running my hand through my hair.

I had never faced a kind of frustration as strong as this.

I closed the door, leaning over it, as I continued to hold the pain that was burning inside of me.

I was trying to think things through.

I cracked up this time.

Crying bitterly as I fell to the ground in return.

I needed to leave this place as soon as possible.

I was humiliated and condemned before everyone.

I then got up on my feet, as I headed to my wardrobe carrying all the things that my mate had bought for me so that I could leave this rotten place.

Everything about the pack annoyed me.

I built this empire with my sweat and now I am being insulted, disgraced, banished and condemned.

It hurts!

But then, my door whined open and I looked to see that it was Brenda staring at me.

I stared back at her in disappointment.

"Sister, why?" I asked her as she kept silent.

"Why did it have to be my mate, couldn't you pick any of my exes, did it have to be my mate?" I asked her.

"Why did you destroy my home?" I cried looking at her as I began to arrange my things into my box.

"Oh common Elsa...Grow up!" She said walking closer to me as I arranged my things.

"You did not need to run away like that..." She said to me just like she was a good sister.

I smiled, before cleaning off my tears.

"Only someone insensible will run when the elders talk, it speaks lowly of you." She teases trying to get my attention and I think she actually did.

It seems like she really wanted a slap from me.

"Oh common, stop pretending and acting all these dramas like you are on my side Brenda... Because I know who you are! You have always been jealous of me." I said to her as I shut my first box close.

"It was sudden... I never thought he would make me a Luna... Like I don't even deserve these powers!" She said to me, flaunting her now glowing eyes, signifying how much she had been adoring my powers.

My stunning luna powers!

"Oh sure! You don't!... Demons like you don't deserve such titles." I said as I shut my second box close.

She brought her hand holding my shoulder, as I carried my things, but immediately... I had hit her hand off... Alpha Ezra had walked in and had seen what had happened between me and my sister.

"Gosh, you broke my wrists." Brenda says pretending that I had broken her wrists.

"Brenda, I only just hit your hands off." I said, trying to explain before my mate walked towards me, without asking any questions at all as I took steps away.

"Boom!" He landed me a dirty slap over my face.

The hit sent a roar of painful strings to my brain.

I threw away everything I had held over my hand as I ran out of the Alpha's Mansion.

My face was burning from his slap.

Staying or living there felt crazy!

It was time I let that horrible place go.

I looked back at the pack.

"Goodbye." I said my last goodbyes and ran away like a wolf about to face death.

I had no clothes, no car and no money.

I had soon reached another pack area.

There was a bar I had stopped at.

I guess my wolf brought me here because I was hungry after running from my pack.

I was literally at the back of the bar looking at the bad fried cow meat they had dumped in the waste can... Almost salivating for it.

"Hey young lady, are you looking for a job?" An old man asked, looking at me in my white dress.

"Sure... I will do anything for money and food right now." I said to him and he welcomed me in.

"I see... You left your pack, here is our waitress uniform... You will be getting offers from our customers and serving them food and drinks okay?" He said to me and I nodded yes to him.

I wore my waitress dress and started working immediately. I worked very, very hard because I knew I was pregnant and I wanted to stress myself so that my baby does not come into this world and learn about the pain he has to face in this world.

I sadly wanted it to die.

This continued for over a week not until a new waiter was given a job at the same bar.

I looked at this man... He was tall like a giant.

His face was as handsome as an angel.

His body was rippled with muscles.

He was a werewolf like me.

I could feel it... His wolf was powerful.

And his abs protruded from his sexy T-Shirt.

Plus he was walking to me!!!

I was terribly panicking for him.

I had to control my crushing body.

"Hi!" I said to him, blushing like a bitch.

He nods, greeting me back in silence.

"He's called Aiden, he can't speak." My boss said behind him and Aiden gave me a warm smile.

The sad part was that this hot waiter was mute.
