Sheila's POV

I Was assigned to the same quarter with the omegas. I was no omega; instead, I used to be a rogue wolf until I found the Westvale park, and they accepted me. But since I wasn't trusted enough, I had to live with the omegas until I made enough contribution.

"Sheila, what's wrong? Why are you looking like this?" A girl came out to welcome me and looked taken aback when she saw my appearance.

I smiled weakly. "It's nothing, Arla; it's just some bruises," I assured her. She looked at me up and down.

"In what way is this small?" She said in displeasure and came forward to help me. I allowed her to help me to my room.

"Please, Arla, I need a favor from you."

"What's it? I can do anything for you," she said with a kind smile.

"If the healer wolf comes, tell her that I'm not around, please," I looked at her pleadingly. She hesitated For a while before helplessly agreeing, I smiled delightedly. I knew she would agree; Arla was a real friend and had treated me well since I came to the park. In the past, I made her my personal aide when I became the second most powerful werewolf in the pack.

Stella was really very vicious with her beating. If the healer came and saw that my injuries were mostly healed, he would surely report it to Damian, and it might arouse suspicion. I remembered that it was exactly what happened in the past, and Damian had to visit me. At that time, I had a huge crush on him and couldn't hold back from telling him everything.

This time I will make sure the incident doesn't repeat. I lay on the bed while thinking of the best way to escape the park. I want revenge, but I can only get revenge if I remain alive. If I continue staying in Westvale, my end will be the same as in the past.

"But where do I go?" I wondered. After thinking for a while, I decided to go anywhere, so long as I leave this place. I can't bear to see Damian's pretentious face again. I made up my mind to escape tomorrow when we are sent to pick herbs.

Early the next morning, I was awakened by a knock. "Who's there?" I called out.

"It's me, can I come in?" I was shocked. It was Damian; what was he doing here?

"No, please don't," I said hurriedly, not wanting him to see that I'm fully healed with no scratches. It was a normal thing for a werewolf to heal very fast, but my healing ability was very abnormal. This speed of healing can only be achieved using herbs and special crystals.

"Why can't I? Is anything wrong?" His voice sounded like he was a little bit angered.

No, it wasn't what you think, my Lord; it's just that I wasn't proper," I lied.

"Oh, is that so? I understand then. Can you please come to my quarters after you are done?"

My heart started palpitating. Why does he want me to come to his chamber? This wasn't how things were supposed to happen, right? I thought that he wouldn't bother about me since he isn't yet aware of my ability.

"Yes, my Lord," I answered.

Once he was gone, I got up hurriedly. This time I had to escape no matter what, to avoid any incident. I quickly changed out of my night clothes and grabbed my herb basket, rushing outside.

Arla saw me and looked surprised.

"Why are you going for herb picking this early in the morning, and why do you look so energetic?"

I knew she was referring to how I looked yesterday.

"It's nothing, Arla; it's just small bruises, and they are already healed," I ran out before she could ask more questions.

Luckily no one stopped me from leaving when they saw the basket I was holding. They probably thought that I went out for herb gathering.

The moment I stepped outside the park area, I ran as fast as I could, sprinting through the forest. A gray figure flashed and blocked me. It was a werewolf.

"Who are you?" I asked worriedly.

The figure's body contracted, and it shifted into a blonde-haired man.

"Desmond," the name rang in my brain. He was a very evil man and always enjoys torturing the omegas. I remembered in the future he will try to rape me and was caught; Damian was angry and sentenced him to death.

Maybe he will be able to escape that fate in this lifetime.

"Where are you going?" He asked coldly.

"I am going for herb picking," I replied.

"If I recall correctly, this is not the area you use to pick herbs, huh?" He had a smile on his face and walked forward. I started retreating but increased his pace. I made up my mind and ran the other way immediately. He chased after me, I quickly shifted to my wolf form and continued fleeing. Desmond continued giving chase.

Even though I was faster, he clearly knew the forest just like his palm; he was able to use the terrains perfectly and soon he caught up to me and pounced on me. I had no choice but to fight back.

In the past, I wasn't much of a fighter when I just joined the pack. But after many years of fighting alongside Damian, I had gained a lot of battle experience, and even though my body wasn't strong enough now, it was enough for me to deal with Desmond.

I clawed him on his neck and sent him rolling with a deep gash on his neck; he lay on the ground as blood gushed out. He wasn't able to escape his fate even in this life; it seems like he was doomed to die.

I looked around cautiously while licking the wound on my shoulder. I decided not to transform into my human form since I don't have clothes to change into; besides, staying in the wolf form will allow me to run faster.

The Legacy.Sheila's POV:The sun set over the Northern tribunal. I sat on the gallery of our home, Kloss close by, glancing out over the flourishing local area we had fabricated together. Werewolves and people moved about their night schedules, living and working one next to the other as one that once appeared to be unthinkable."Might you at any point believe it's been decade?" My brain meandered back to the start, to the youthful, stranded wolf I had once been."I neve

Then, at that point, reality crashed back, and with it, the heaviness of our desperate circumstance."The number of?" I asked, previously moving to accumulate my stuff.Kloss' face was inauspicious. "Too much. It seems to be Rasha's tossed all that she has at us. This is all there is to it, Sheila. The last fight."I gestured, attempting to subdue the apprehension ascending in my chest. "All that we've battled for boils down to this second."I gestured, grasping the tuft of Farkas' fur I'd kept as a sign of his penance. "For Farkas," I murmured. "For us all."As the sun set, creating long shaded areas across the combat zone, I tended to our powers. "Today, we battle for ourselves, however for the eventual fate of all wolfkind. Rasha and the Umbra Wolf compromise all that we hold dear. Yet, together, we are more grounded than any obscurity!"A tune of wails and cheers ejected from our partners. The sound was stunning, a call to war that appeared to shake the very earth.Yet, our excitement was flee

The last fight was coming, and we wanted each partner we could get. That is the reason, when Farkas moved toward me the following day, I was able to tune in notwithstanding my waiting doubt."Sheila," he said, his eyes discouraged. "I realize I've done horrendous things. I double-crossed the pack, deceived you. However, I need to make it right."I concentrated on him cautiously. The once pleased wolf looked pummeled, his fur tangled and his tail low. "How?" I asked, not horribly.Farkas took a full breath. "Allow me to go on an independent mission. I've heard bits of gossip about a strong relic concealed in Rasha's fortress. In the event that I can recover it, it could reverse the situation in support of ourselves."I glared. "That is staggeringly hazardous, Farkas. It very well may be a sna
