Heavy Rain

Heavy rain was pouring outside, the sky was tinted with grayish hue and Jingfei could barely see her surroundings as she stared at the glass window. 

“I think we can’t go skiing today.” Alexander, sitting on Jingfei’s bed while hugging her pillow, muttered. He then reached for the hot cocoa that Jingfei had prepared for him a while ago before the rain poured heavily.

The woman pouted as she sat down the chair, “I was expecting to have some fun activities today.” Mumbling as she took a glance at Alexander. 

“Let us just pray that the rain will stop any minute by now so we can still do some of the activities you want to try. Is your waist still aching?” He asked, eyeing the woman who's still sulking at the sudden pouring of the rain.
