Jeremy shifted closer to me and whispered to my ears. " Let him be the pack leader, Randelle. Let's leave here, and start our lives,".

" No, Jeremy. We need to fight for Kyle's death. It'd be a slap on our face if all his members were later ruined by Rico. You know Douglas doesn't have what it takes to protect the pack," I whispered back to him and caressed his cheek.

Jeremy nodded slightly and shifted backward. I raised my voice, and asked." If you want Douglas to be your new leader, step here," I pointed to the left, and just a few members went there. " If you want Jeremy to be your new leader, step here," I said and pointed to the right. Almost all the pack members moved to the right.

Douglas yelled and squeezed his face. " Bunch of ingrates!"

I walked up to Jeremy and lifted his hand. " Here is your new leader,". As I landed, the whole pack members screamed and clapped their hands. It was crystal clear that they loved Jeremy to become their new leader.
