An invitation came from Deroine. Doron held a banquet to strengthen the alliance relations of several packs. Due to several murder incidents that had occurred recently, he decided to go for it. That was to minimize crime that might target his pack and to discuss so this didn't happen to them.

Liam accepted it, of course. He was allowed to bring all members of the pack if he wanted. And he remembered about Amora.

“If I bring her to this banquet, might it strengthen her position here? Mr. Lee will know she is useful," Liam said to Apollo. They discussed this in his study, close to the pack members' practice area.

"I don't think that would change anything, sir. It will only complicate her position. But if you put up something, maybe put up some kind of play to make her look strong and useful, maybe it will work.”

A play to make Amora look like a hero? Liam thought about that all day.
