Alex’s breath became pants as he heard the words coming out of Evie’s mouth.

So many emotions mixed in his mind but his face remained cold and he couldn’t say a single word. Only his eyes kept staring at the woman he loves.

His eyes were cold but Evie could feel the warmth from his big palm that rubbed her belly softly.
