18 YEARS BACK IN SNOW-WHITE MOON PACK
Seven years old Theophilus… “Oh my goddess, not again. No, no, no, absolutely not today either.” Granny, an old omega, shouted as she found the food she is supposed to serve the Alpha and the Luna has been messed up with again. “Granny, why are you shouting? And when do you intend to serve the food? The Alpha and Luna are waiting for you.” Beta Michael said as he walked to the kitchen and saw the old woman pacing around. “You won't understand Beta, whenever I place food here… Wait, let me rephrase it for you, If I leave the kitchen for a few minutes after I'm done cooking, by the time I return, some of the food will be missing. I don't know whether it is a mouse or a wolf. I just don't understand what's actually going on in my kitchen. Why will my food be missing almost every day.” Granny complained desperately to Beta Michael, who also looked puzzled. “Are you sure it's not some of the omegas who do that? I mean, who would be bold enough to come to your kitchen, Granny?” Beta Michael asked with his furrowed brows. “Oh goddess, I'm sure it's not them. Besides, I don't allow any of them in the kitchen when I'm preparing meals. So it's impossible for them to be the ones to steal the foods I prepare. Moreover, I give them some of the food whenever I cook." Granny replied to him firmly after wiping the sweat off her face. She is an honest and trustworthy Omega about 55 to 60 years old, yet strong. And thus made all the Pack members, including the Alpha and the Luna, trusted her with their meals. Beta Michael wanted to say something, but somehow, his eyes caught a figure hiding just behind the fridge in the kitchen. He didn't need to tell twice who the figure hiding behind the fridge was. He shook his head and turned his gaze back to Granny and said... “It's okay Granny, just go and serve the Alpha and Luna first. Besides, I think this food will be enough for all of us.” Beta Michael said and offered her a smile. The old woman nodded and called some of the omegas to help her with the serving of the food. Beta Michael made sure no one was around before he cleared his throat and called out... “You can come out now... Theo, I said you can come out now. I know you are hiding there.” Beta Michael said in amusement. There, a seven years old handsome boy with an innocent face came out from behind the fridge with a medium brown sack in his hand, which he was trying hard to hide behind his back. “Hello, Beta Michael, or should I call you uncle Michael? How are you doing today?” Theo pretentiously asked with his fake grin that the Beta was very much used to. “Save that, Theo. I won't fall for your little tricks this time around.” Beta Michael said to him sternly. Theo immediately dropped his pretense. “Okay then, thank you for saving my ass from Granny. Now, if you excuse me, I have a lot more important things to do. I will see you around.” Theo said and tried passing by Beta Michael. However, Michael grabbed his hand and pulled him back. “Not so fast, little fucker. You have been disturbing Granny for some time now huh. You've become the little mouse in this pack, right? By the way, if you don't tell me why you steal food from Granny and where you take them to, I will ask your father to punish you.” Beta Michael said after crouching down in front of the little boy, who just rolled his eyes as if he had heard a joke. The seven years old boy behaves like a teenager sometimes. Well, you can blame the Alpha blood running through him. “Do whatever you want, Beta. But for now, I need to leave here. And ah, I didn't steal anything. I just took few of them.” The Little Alpha said to Beta Michael, who was trying his possible best not to laugh. “Oh really, even still, you have to--” He didn't finish his statement as Theo took off running out from the kitchen. Michael ran after him. He could have easily caught up with him, even without using his werewolf speed or even with his human speed, however, he thought of playing along with the little boy. Unfortunately for Theo, he bumped into Granny of all people making him fell to the ground. “ Oh my goddess, young Alpha, I'm really sorry. I didn't see you coming. Are you okay?” Granny apologized with concern and picked up the little boy from the floor. “BUSTED!!” Michael laughed behind him. Everyone around the dining table laughed at Theo, who stood there looking at the food he had stole which was now scattered on the floor. He turned angrily to Michael and made something from his throat which he considered it to be a growl. “It's all your fault.” He said with an angry face, imitating his father when he becomes angry. “Oops, buddy, it was never my fault. I only asked you why have you have been stealing from Granny's kitchen and where you take them to. You are the one who refused to answer me and took off running. So tell me, how is this my fault, young Alpha.” Michael folded his arms on his chest as he teased the little boy. “Goddess boy, so you are the little mouse in my kitchen.” Granny gasped at Theo, making everyone laugh. “Son, so tell us, why are you stealing food from Granny's Kitchen? “ Alpha Noah asked his son with a wide grin as he teased his son. Loud laughter was heard everywhere around the dining room. Theo shook his head and smacked his forehead like a frustrated teenager when his father asked him such question. “Dad, I didn't steal anything. I just took some of them.” Theo explained as he shook his hand, indicating that they have wronged him. That's one of the things which made everyone love Theo, their future Alpha. He constantly looks for a scapegoat whenever he does something wrong, instead of accepting his fault. It's one thing that makes the pack members love about him. Luna Crystal couldn't stand them teasing her son, though she was also laughing with them. “Come here, son, don't mind them.” The Luna opened her hands, and Theo immediately ran to his mother, his safe place. He's accurately half of both his parents. He got his blue eyes from his mother. He got his black curly hair from his father. In fact, Alpha Noah is one hell handsome beast with his perfect and beautiful Luna Crystal. Snow-White Moon Pack is one of the richest and healthier packs at that time. There was never a war inside their pack, nor was there any sort of harm or abuse to the omegas. Their Alpha and Luna treated all the pack members with love and care and as one big family. In Snow White Moon Pack, they were not just Pack members of werewolves. They were rather a family. They watch and care for one another regardless of their status. “So, son, tell us why you took food from Granny's kitchen?” Alpha Noah asked his son again after a while when everyone started to eat their lunch. Theo heaved a sigh as if his father was being a pain in his neck before he spoke… “First of all, I don't steal food from Granny's kitchen. I just take some of the food and give them to the omegas children. They can't come here to eat with us, and I want them to eat what we all eat. When I grow up and become an Alpha, I will build a big hall so that everyone can have their food there, including the omegas and their children." Theo's explanation didn't actually shock them. They know their future Alpha is a smart and caring kid. Yes, though he was only seven years old, he acts and speaks like a mature person. Everyone started clapping for him for the thought he had and what he had been doing for the little omegas. Alpha Noah and Luna Crystal couldn't be more proud and happy of their son. “You should have told me, boy. I would have given you some without you going through a lot just to steal some of my food,” Granny said as she pinched his nose. “For goddess’ sake, I said I didn't steal them, I just took some of them,” Theo said, frustration vivid in his voice as the rest burst into loud laughter. They continued enjoying their food until one of their warriors rushed in with half of his body burned. “THE PACK IS UNDER ATTACK BY THE DRAGONS!!” He shouted as he immediately fell, dead. “WHAT?” Everyone gasped in shock as they started moving around to face the danger.Twenty-five Minutes Before The Attack Everyone was busy having their lunch happily as Theo would crack jokes with his tiny voice from time to time, making them laugh. “Oh, here comes the old woman!” Theo exclaimed as all eyes turned to the entrance as the Pack Oracle made her entrance. “Little Alpha, how many times do I have to tell you that my name is…" The Oracle's words were cut off immediately by Theo. “Yeah, I know, I know… Your name is Grandma Anastasia.” Theo said happily as he clapped his hands together. The rest burst into loud laughter. Theo is indeed one of the best gifts the moon goddess gave Snow-White Moon pack. With him around, everyone's moods will always be light. “Oracle, please have a seat.” Luna Crystal called for her to have a seat, which the Oracle gladly did. Everyone peeked at each other. They were very much aware that the Pack Oracle doesn't come to the pack house unless she has an important message from the moon goddess. The Oracle has her own little
“The Dragon King…” the oracle said, adding another shock to the people. “What? What do you mean by that Oracle? What would the dragon king want with our pack? I mean, why would he want to fight with us? We have no enmity between him and our pack, right?” Beta Michael spat anxiously. He couldn't wrap his head around why the dragon would suddenly attack their pack. “He had written a letter to me two months ago. He wants our pack to be under his feet and live as his slaves. He gave me two options, It's either we worship him and make him ruler over all the species, or he would destroy our pack and every opposing pack as he did to the other packs.” Alpha Noah explained hurriedly as he paced around. The nerve of that dragon king to challenge his pack and threaten the lives of his pack members. “What the fuck is wrong with him? Who does hw think he is?” One of the warriors asked in shock. “The Dragon King is only tasty for powers. He has always been wanting to rule over all
“Alpha! They've breached the border!” Someone shouted from outside suddenly. Alpha Noah handed Theo to Michael. "He's your responsibility now, my friend. Protect and guide him to your best ability. I trust you." Alpha Noah said and immediately shifted into his wolf after saying that. Luna Crystal glanced one last time at her son and smiled before she shifted into her wolf after her mate and ran outside, knocking and crashing everything on their way. The Oracle also kissed Theo's hair and whispered, "Goodbye, my boy. Remember, my name is..." "Grandma Anastasia!" Theo completed her statement as the little boy started crying. He didn't even know why he was crying. It's like the tears juat flowed on their own. The Oracle shifted into her wolf and ran off. Though she was old, yet she has the power to support her pack before their downfall. And she was willing to die alongside her pack members. Followed by their Gama, Jason, who smiled sadly at Beta Michael, his brother, be
“Our Queen…” Michael's eyes widened in astonishment as he beheld the Dragon Queen standing before him. Why had she protected them from Bismarck's fireballs? Was she not supposed to kill them just as her king was doing to his pack? “My Queen, could you please explain your presence here? I was under the impression that the King said—” Bismarck was speaking when the Dragon Queen interrupted him. “I will be taking this man and the boy away. If you intend to kill them, you must confront me first. Are you certain you wish to do that?!” The Dragon Queen spoke with a calm demeanor, yet her authority was unmistakable to those nearby. Just her presence alone spoke royalty and authority. Bismarck's eyes widened at her declaration. He would never dare to challenge the Dragon Queen. But why would the queen want to save these people? Nevertheless, he felt compelled to obey the Dragon King’s orders and assist in annihilating everyone from the Snow-White Moon Pack. Bismarck found himsel
Seeing their son safe, Alpha Noah bellowed, “The Future Alpha is Safe! Fight With All Your Might!” His proclamation spurred his warriors into action, invigorated by the news of their young Alpha's safety. It was as if they were energized by such revelation as they fought really hard. “Mathias!!! Stop hiding and face me, you spineless coward! MATHIAS!!” Alpha Noah roared. He so badly wanted to kill that bastard. “Hahaha! Looks like you’ve missed me, Alpha Noah. My bad for arriving late. I trust my boys haven’t taken out too many of your people?” Mathias emerged from the underbrush with a mocking tone. “You friend!! Rotten animals like would never know the meaning of friendship. So don't spout nonsense with that dirty mouth of yours!!” Luna Crystal snarled and lunged at him suddenly. “CRYSTAL!! NOOOO!!!” Alpha Noah called out in horror, but it was too late. King Mathias hurled a fireball at her, instantly burning her to death. “LUNA!!” The warriors growled in anguish as t
It felt like an eternity for both Theo and Michael on the back of the dragon flying in the sky. Theo had fallen asleep in Michael's embrace after crying his eyes out. They soon came into a certain place that seemed like a pack with a thick fence around it. The dragon queen landed on the ground and shifted back to her human form after Michael woke up Theo up and clomws down off get back. “Come, let's go inside.” The Dragon Queen said when she saw how both Michael and Theo were surprised, looking at the fence. “Wow… What the fuck is this place?” Michael couldn't help but asked as his eyes started roaming around everywhere. “This is a place that I built just to protect the werewolves. I just feel bad at how my King, who is unfortunately my husband is treating and killing other species. So, I built this place to help and protect any pack members who lose their homes because of my husband. Don't worry, he can't find this place.” The Dragon Queen explained as she showed them aroun
“Did you people kill them? Did the bad dragons kill them? But why? Why did you kill my parents? I love my mom and dad, but you killed them…” Theo said as he was no longer sobbing, but wailing. His cries caught the attention of the rest around, and they all became sad. The little boy's cries broke their heart. Michael and Granny couldn't hold back their tears as they also sobbed hard. Of course, their Alpha and Luna, together with their Pack Oracle and members, are gone from their lives. “I'm sorry, my child, I'm really sorry!” The Dragon Queen said and hugged Theo for comfort as the little boy cried. “My Queen, sorry to interrupt, but we have to leave!” One of the dragons said anxiously as she kept glancing at the sky. “Listen to me, my child…" When you grow up, you will meet a boy named Ashton. He shall be your Promise Mate. He shall be the one to heal your wounds deep inside your heart. He shall be the one to bring you back to the right track when you have deviated from it.
**18 YEARS LATER** **PRESENT AT DARK SHADOW MOON PACK** “Knock, knock!” Alpha Theoheard, someone knocking on his office door and knew it was his Beta, Mason. “Come in!” he answered with a deep, masculine voice, not taking his eyes off the file on his desk. “Hey, what’s up?” Mason greeted, making himself comfortable in one of the chairs. Mason was among the select few whom Alpha Theo had learned to trust over the years, allowing them to be closer to himself. Nevertheless, Theo was not open to everyone. Many had to fight hard to earn even a nod of approval from him. He was no longer the naive boy who was quick to smile and share jokes. For the last eighteen years, Alpha Theo had not smiled. Not even once. His expression was typically one of a scowl or a cunning smirk reserved for his enemies. Following their rescue by the dragon queen, Theo resided in a sanctuary for homeless werewolves established by her until he turned eighteen. Upon completing his first shift, Theo returne
F3w minutes ago, Ricky stayed with Ashton fr a while aftet the oracle left. The two didn't particularly discuss about anything. They just stayed in each other's arms in silent until Ricky's stomach growled. "Why don't you go get something to eat? Don't worry about me, I will be alright. Besides, I need some time alone." Ashton said to his friend. "Are you sure you will b okay alone, brother Ash?" Rickey questioned."I'm sure I will be just fine. Don worry about me. Go get something to eat now." Ashton urged and offered him a small smile. Ricky agreed and bid Ashton goodnight, the soft glow of the hallway lights casting a warm ambiance t the room as left. But instead of heading to his own room, his feet carried him to Mason's door, as if drawn by an unseen force. He knocked softly, but there was no answer. Assuming Mason was out for a walk or running some errands, Ricky turned the handle and slipped inside."Whe am I here instead of the kitchen?" Rickey questioned him as he slowly
As soon as Ashton detected the sound of the bathroom door shutting, he blinked back his tears and placed a hand over his mouth to muffle his cries. In truth, he was unsure why he was weeping—whether it was due to the alpha's anguish or his own. He should be hurt for his own pain... He should hurt for his mother's death... He should be hurt by all the dead dragons. However, Ashton could clearly sense that those weren't the reason why he was crying. Then... he was definitely crying for hi alpha. When he sensed the doorknob turning, he quickly shut his eyes and feigned sleep. He had no intention of making eye contact with the alpha or engage in conversation. He wasn’t ready. His feelings were a chaotic jumble, and he felt lost as to whom or where he could express himself. Yet, he was acutely aware that sharing with the alpha could result in two possible scenarios. Firstly, he might inadvertently say something that would hurt the alpha, and the mere thought of causing him pain
Theo was at a loss for words or actions after absorbing all the information he just received. The harm had already been done, and he was left wondering how he could possibly make amends. Since the death of his parents, he had never experienced such inner turmoil. He usually had a clear sense of how to act or speak. Moreover, he was not someone who engaged in much conversation. Now, however, he found himself overwhelmed with thoughts, more than he could count. All of this, for what? For his mate, Ashton. But now... "Stop acting as if it's all your fault. While I will admit that I don't agree with many of your methods, I also know that hurting our mate was never your intention. His words back then certainly pushed you to the edge. What's crucial now is figuring out how to regain our mate’s trust," Dark reassured Theo in his mind. Theo simply gave him a nod, as he struggled to find the right words. For the first time since connecting with his wolf, they mutually recognized their relia
"Nana, what brings you here?" Michael couldn't restrain himself from inquiring of the oracle. "Nana, I thought we left you with th Luna, so..." he pressed on. “What do you mean by asking me that, you fool? I came here to have a discussion with little alpha of course!” the oracle responded with a huff before making her way toward Theo, leaving Michael momentarily stunned. On the other side, Theo remained indifferent to who stood before him or what they might say to affect his feelings. He felt undeserving of any form happiness; every time he attempted to find joy, it seemed to slip from his grasp. If not, how would his mate hate him now. He knew he had committed many atrocious deeds and spilled many blood of the dragons. However, was he to be blamed? The dragons did the same to his people too, right? “How are you feeling, my child?” the old oracle inquired of Theo when she stood besides him. Theo met her gaze but struggled to produce a response. Was she genuinely interested in ho
Theo rushed out, overwhelmed by his emotions and struggling to maintain control. His Wolf was equally agitated. How could things have turned out this way? This wasn't their desired outcome. After enduring torment for so long, just when they finally glimpsed a spark of hope, everything seemed to collapse. How could he possibly regain his composure? Transforming into his Wolf, he dashed into the wilderness without a second thought despite being dark outside. After all, he's a alpha. He cared little for where he was heading; he simply needed to escape the pain and turmoil inside him. All he sought was solitude, far away from anyone or anything that could ease his emotional turmoil. To his surprise, he found himself back at the same spot where he had recently been with Ashton. He couldn't help but sit in the very place where he had shared moments with his mate, memories of their recent conversation flooding his mind. Ashton had smiled during their talk, and the kiss they shared an
Ashton and Rickey gazed at the oracle with tear-filled eyes, questioning why she would wish to speak with Ashton, fully aware of the anguish her alpha had inflicted upon him. His mother death was on the alpha even though he didn't kill her with his hand. Could she possibly be asking for Ashton's forgiveness? That would be an unfavorable scenario, considering how early she was in her understanding. How could someone like her take such a sides? "Don't worry, my dear," the oracle reassured. "I just wish to have a friendly chat with you. I understand your pain, and your feelings are entirely valid. Yet, it's important for you to grasp certain things: whatever happens is part of the divine plan of the moon goddess; we cannot control it, and acceptance is crucial. Your bond with our little alpha is also aligned with the will of the gods, and we must adhere to their wish for us, my child. At this moment, you might perceive our little alpha as the most horrible of beings. However, what
Alpha Theo sensed mini explosion within him, restlessness coursing through his veins as his heart raced uncontrollably. Dark experienced a similar turmoil while observing their mate recoiling from them in fear and disgust. It pained them to witness the scene unfold; despite Theo’s cold demeanor, everyone had noticed his growing affection for Ashton over the past few days. He was beginning to understand the essence of living for someone you, yet, in an instant, everything seemed to crumbling before him. Coming to the realization that he was the source of everything made him more angry at himself. He pondered how he could mend things and restore harmony between him and Ashton. Ashton gazed at the oracle in bewilderment, puzzled by the barrage of questions she was directing at him. What did any of this have to do with the feeling of levitation in his legs? Despite his confusion, he let out a defeated sigh and responded softly, "I can't recall anything. I have no idea how I ended up here or what led me to this place." He was also bewildered by his own lack of memory. How had he ended up in the Demon Alpha's pack in the beginning? And how did he even discern that the Alpha was a demon? Ah, that’s right! A nightmare featuring two Demon Alphas had crossed his mind, but that was the extent of his recollection. It felt as though a segment of his memory had been completely erased. The oracle shifted her focus from Theo and Michael, settling at Ashton's feet on the bed, and regarded him gently before inquiring once more... "Well... it seems a few people here have referred to you as Luna. Do you understand why they called you that? And what about him...?" sh
