During the days of Olivia's divorce hearings, Katie was left in the care of Meredith Hale. There were days when she did not come to fetch her little girl, just needing Christopher's comfort and crying in his arms.

Olivia was swamped with meetings left and right, not to mention more emotional trauma came about coming from her husband's lawyers, unleashing fake circumstances about her. 

Her fight for freedom was no joke. Her husband, Steven Stern, put up a good battle, not wanting to give her any penny. His arguments included how Olivia was not a good wife and mother. Moreover, she did not fulfill her duties, depriving him of his manly needs. 

Olivia's lawyers countered with solid proof of Steven's affairs. They reasoned how can a woman give her affection when her husband was fooling around?
