Chapter 30

The sun rose late, but always quickly as it came over the mountains to the east. It was a clear sky and an especially bright star caught my eye, or perhaps a planet? Probably a planet, I thought, maybe Venus, although I'd hardly been much of a girl for knowing such things.

Samantha was still on her bed, having so many thoughts, as she equally remembered her relationship too and it has been a long time since she visited or saw her lover Stormie. She hasn't heard from him nor did she know his where about. That alone troubled her a lot coupled with what her father lord Darius committed by killing Stormie's father and she had been feeling that her father's actions might end her relationship with Stormie. On that beautiful and faithful morning, Samantha stood up and immediately dressed and moved straight to her father's chambers to have a word with lor Darius.
