Waiting for the Ferry

The Mer vehicle travelled on an air-cushion which was far smoother and faster than traveling in a car, but also noisier due to the engine. Underwater, it was probably silent, Lyric thought as they whipped along the tarmac road, but above ground, she was glad that it traveled so swiftly as she was getting a headache. She couldn’t focus on the scenery as it blurred past them, and it did weird things to her stomach.

They had been summoned to the return along river towards the mouth, but with the intention to cross to the other side at a ferry just down from Trayrock. Another Mer force working their way inland had come across an unusual installation in the small town set just below the beginning of the mountain range, and she and Niarthen were needed to consult on what was happening there.

Niarthen had been thin on information as to why they were required, although the Mer who had come to speak with him had spoken for some time. Not understanding the

Lyric is in the ideal situation as an ambassador for the middle ground. Everything will work out in the end, and if it hasn't worked out, it's not the end yet. ;)

noo they need to establish a supernatural council and learn to coexist. talen and our dragons need to lead a peace talk with the mer. but first niarthin must lead by example to show his people right from wrong before its to late

Okay Niarthen, you have to have a middle ground. You cannot make the Supes be your slav*s either. Get to Talen talk to him he can try to find ways for cooperation.
