Havermouth, Present Time

They were all staring. Meguitte could feel their eyes burning into her as she and Connery walked through the hospital hallways toward the area where blood donations were taken. Did they know that she had taken Bianca’s life during the night? Or did they stare because of the torture chamber?

Connery acted as if nothing was wrong, and she wondered if it were in her head. If they were staring at all, or if she only felt as if they were staring.

He wove his way through the seats, the trolleys of coffees and cookies being served to those who volunteered, to the glass door into the internal courtyard garden. There was a table set with a white lace tablecloth and a vase of flowers.

“My darling,” Connery held her seat for her.

“What is this?” She laughed at him in surprise.

“A breakfast date,” he explained. “I have noticed that the later in the day it grows, the more chaotic. There is a direct correlation to the amount of light and how dramatic Havermouth behaves, it

Aww, so sweet of Connery to make sure Megs eats. So very brave of Jules and Harry to try and go to Trayrock to help them. Perhaps Jules will see through Philip bs and have a extra eyes and hand to help our favorite family. ;)
