“What do we do alpha?” an elder asked in panic.

“What the fuck do you want me to do? He’s literally tossing boulders at us.”

How could they ask me such a useless question? I was so pissed I didn’t even know what I was going to say to them. All I knew was that I wanted them to handle the threat while I found my way out of here.

“If only Conan was here, he would handle this like a true wolf,” I heard someone mutter in the group.

Following the sound of the mutter, I held one of my friends by the neck and grabbed it tightly while he struggled for air.

“What did you say to me?” I gritted my teeth, ready to kill him.

“I’m sorry,” he said through tears. His eyes were about to roll back before I let him go.

He gasped for air, holding his reddened throat.

“Handle the fucking threat,” I said to them, walking to my room to pick up the basics as I was running out of the pack.
