Chapter Thirty-three

Alex has grown more protective as the due date has gotten closer. He even got the doctor to make house visits and added that I'd have a home birth. Luckily the doctor helped me convince him that, that was not a good idea.

I'm 7 and a half months pregnant and very tired since the little devil is keeping me up all night kicking me and shifting positions

Right now I'm sitting with the twins watching some silly cartoons

"Babe," I heard Alex making me look up toward the door

"What?" I asked

"Honey we need to head back home today. All of us," Dad said

"Oh," I said and looked at the kids before looking at them

"When are you leaving?" I asked

"In an hour," Damian said

"We could stay if you want us to," Daddy said

"No you guys should head home. You can't stay here forever," I said as I tried to get up

Alex helped me in the end before I started saying goodbye.

Once everyone had left it was only the kids Alex, and me in the house.

"Baby you need a nap. Emily is still asleep
