"Get to the Star!" Gavin yelled at them as he ran towards them.

The Captain: He stood staring at the map in front of him. They were behind at least three days. It had taken him that long to notice the original map was gone. He gripped the sides of his desk, digging his fingernails into it. He had studied the other map so much, he knew it by heart. It still made his blood boil. The word traitor echoed in his head. He traced his course on the map. They were there. He knew they had to be. He needs to catch up or take a shortcut, something. He needed to destroy him. He was going to burn his whole world. She sat on the bed facing away from him."Ok." She whispered. He opened his eyes. He wasn't sure what he expected to see but this wasn't it. Her back was nothing but blood. He could see two large gashes that were the cause of it but it was hard to tell if there was any other damage or wounds. He dunked the cloth in the water, rung it out, and then carefully wiped her back. Morgan bit down on her lip to keep from crying out in pain. He repeated it again. Trying to just clear the blood away to see what he was dealing with. After a third pass he could finally see her back. He was shocked at it. Her back was ridd

Taken: Robbie leads Claire and Morgan through the small kitchen. They weaved in out of random supplies. Sacks of rice, potatoes, and flour laid out on the floor as the girls followed Robbie. In the very back of the kitchen was a door that led to the outside. They walked through it. Outside the sun was setting and the sky had a warm glow. Even though they were in town you could still feel the sea in the air. Walking out the back door of the inn you faced an old red barn. Robbie led the girls to it. The barn you could tell had been there for a very long time. The red paint was starting to peel away. The barn was an open style barn. Robbie walked through the arch way of the barn. "I'll get him ready. You two wait here." He said to Morgan and Claire. Two stalls were set up on either side. An old white horse gra

It was a small fishing community she noted as she walked by several stands set up by the dock. The men eyed them curiously. She ignored them as they ventured further. The town opened up into a small market. She thought it was a little strange how it went straight to selling things but if people were new you wanted them to start buying and trading right away; why not Morgan thought. "Fresh fruit!"a woman called out to them. Claire looked at her letting her know she was hungry. Morgan nodded and headed over to the fruit stand. "Go on, which ones do you want?" Morgan said to Claire scooting her up to the stand.

Jason saw her and smiled at her. She walked over and squeezed his shoulder "I don't know how you all came up or pulled that off but I'm thankful it worked." Jason chuckled. "Yes Thank god. I heard-" she started to say but then she found her answer. The crow nest was on the floor of the lower deck. Shattered pieces of wood scattered about. She moved away from Jason, her eyes studying the scene. The mass that held the crows nest was cracked at the top like something just snapped it. It was just the very top so the sails were not damaged. She didn't even realize it b

Jason raised an eyebrow at him as if to ask what was wrong. Gavin took a deep breath in. "She was right." Gavin said to Jason in one exhale. Jason looked at him confused. Gavin took a step closer and lowered his voice. " Morgan. She's right about Chris. He tried to steal the map and somehow planted poison on Morgan. He's somehow aligned with Travis." Gavin explained, his stomach feeling like it was burning at the mention of Travis's name. He was doing everything possible to remain in control. Ignoring every impulse he had. All he wanted to do right now was to

Liar: Morgan stood outside the cabin on the upper deck. This can't be happening, she thought. How could he not believe her? What would she have to gain? She was hurt and angry and then angry because she was hurt. She glanced back at the cabin door wanting to go back in. Wanting to talk to him. Wanting to make him understand. She began to turn back to the door but felt Jason's hand on her arm stopping her. " I'm sorry lass. Orders are orders." Jason said with remorse in his voice. She exhaled the breath she was holding in and started to stairs. With Jason close behind her she started down them into the lower deck. She was lost in her own thoughts of what she could do or say to make him believe her. She mindlessly walked across the lower deck feeling like a pris
