One day I was walking into the kitchen, I felt the worst pain that I had ever had in my life. Calypso my wolf started howling in my head. "You're going into labor, you need to get Atlas now." she yelled. I linked Atlas and told him what was going on. Before I knew it, he was running into the house. He ran up to me as another wave of pain came over my body. As he wrapped me in his arms, I felt a warm wet gush of fluid hit the floor. "I believe my water just broke!" I exclaimed to Atlas. Atlas quickly linked to our pack doctor and rushed me out the front door. When we got to the car, his beta was already waiting for us. I had another wave of pain shooting through my body. Atlas helped me into the car and cradled me in his lap as his beta drove us to the pack hospital. By the time we got there, I was in so much pain I thought I couldn't take it anymore. "Something's wrong." I softly whispered to Atlas as he helped me out of the car. "You will be fine Kara, I am sure this pain you are feel

Atlas was beside himself all the way back to his and Kara's house. When Atlas made it back to the oak house he went straight upstairs to his and Kara's bedroom. He could smell her scent in the room. He turned around and locked the door. Atlas hadn't heard Apollo since leaving the hospital, but he could feel him. As he was walking round, his beta knocked on the door. Atas walked up to the door and unlocked it but didn't open it. He’s beta let himself in. When he closed the door, Atlas was already standing in front of his bar in his room pouring a few drinks. Atlas handed his beta a glass and as soon as he took it, Atlas drank all of his and poured himself another and gulped it down. But instead of pouring another, he took the bottle off the shelf and began taking big swigs out of the bottle, wanting to wash today's events out of his head and Kara out of his mind. His beta sensed that Atlas was on a downhill spiral, so he had to try and help him. "Alpha?" his beta asked. Atlas looked at

After what felt like hours, nothing happened. Atlas knew then that Kara was not coming back. Apollo hauled inside his head, but not in fear, but in sorrow and anger. Atlas was certain that Kara would come back. But after lighting the fire and waiting what seemed like forever and nothing happened like the first time he did that, after she was killed by the Grimlock, Atlas was beside himself and collapsed to the ground drying in agony. His beloved Kara was gone for good. And what hurt him even more, his pup was dead as well. As his mom approached him to console him, he looked up at her and Apollo growled at her. He wouldn't let anyone near Atlas because he knew that if Atlas went down this path he would be able to take control and shift and take their pain out on everyone in the pack. Apollo, as upset as he was, did not want to do that. He held back from shifting but feeling his human's pain was making it hard for him to fight shifting. So, instead, he went and built a wall inside Atlas'

"What do you mean by that?" Atlas asked with a worried look on his face. "It's nothing serious, I just need a blood sample, that is all, but I need it from your heart." the dragon said as he went to the altar and waited for Atlas to respond. Atlas looked at the dragon questioningly. "From my heart?" Atlas managed to finally ask. The dragon looked at him and nodded his head as he motioned Atlas up to the altar. Atlas followed and when he came up beside the dragon, he drew up a claw and stabbed Atlas in the heart and with a quick breath of a tiny stream of fire burned the hole, slit his own wrist and gave it to Atlas to drink, with he reluctantly did. As he drank the blood, Atlas' wound became fully healed. The dragon then placed a few droops of the blood from Atlas' heart on the altar. "I need you to clear your head and think about Kara and your unborn pup," the dragon told Atlas. Only thinking of Kara and his unborn pup, Apollo begins to become unsettled in the back of Atlas' mind. Whi

One year later, "Kale, come down here right now! Everyone has arrived!" Kara yelled at our child as he flew over our heads. "Coming mother," Kale yelled back. Kale soared through the sky, his bright little phoenix form spinning as it dove towards the ground. Kale landed lightly on the ground, shifted into his human form, put on his suit and ran towards the crowd. Everyone was standing in the backyard waiting for him. The backyard was festively decorated with balloons, streamers, and party poppers were being popped as he ran by. Today was his first birthday. I can not believe that I have died not once but twice. I looked around everyone as they were laughing and having fun. Kale and his friends were over by the petting zoo playing with all the different animals. I could not help but feel a little uneasy though, because I knew my son would never have a regular normal life in our pack due to him being like me. But I wanted him to give him the normal life that he deserved. As I was lost i

  • The Moon Stone Guardian   Chapter 1

I am not really good at telling people about myself. I am usually shy and a timid person, but being the daughter of an Alpha, that isn't a very good quality to have. But I have to start somewhere. So here it goes. My name is Kara Barlowe. I am the 17-year-old daughter of Luna Anita and Alpha Drake Barlowe. My mother is an Alpha by birth as well, which is rare to happen in the werewolf world, being a female Alpha, which makes me an even rarer person. Because I am an Alpha as well, but I am different from all the werewolves in my pack. I was born into the Lunar Moon pack as a human. That's right. I was born woofless. But neither my parents nor my pack didn't care that I had no wolf. They treated me as one of their equals, as if I had a wolf my whole life. I trained daily with all the warriors and even became one of the pack's best fighters. Even though I was woofless, I was stronger than most humans could even imagine. Because of being without a wolf, I had all their strengths but none o

"Kara dear, where have you seen this place? You are painting it as if you have been there before." I stopped what I was doing long enough to look at her and said, " Oh, this lake was in a dream I had and I wanted to paint it as soon as I got up so I wouldn't forget about it. I thought it was too pretty to not put on a painting." I lied to her, which I don't normally do. " I agree, now come down and eat your breakfast. You can finish your painting after you eat." I told her that I would be right down and that I had to clean up. She leaves and closes the door behind her. I hurried and got dressed in a pair of bluejeans and a flower print top that hung slightly off my shoulders, brushed my long brown hair and ran down stairs. My father had already gone to the office to work and it was just me and mom for the time being because she was about to go to the office today as well. I went back to my room to go and finish my painting I had been working on that morning. I was just finishing u

  • The Moon Stone Guardian   Chapter 3

"Hello Alpha Atlas. I was wondering if you would be interested in coming over this evening for a meeting about strengthening the packs." He replied. " I am too busy at the moment with paperwork and getting this set up for the Great moon festival we are having on the day of the great full moon. But I can make an exception this time for you. I'll be there around 1 pm." I stated. "Great! See you at 1 pm Alpha Altas, enjoy the rest of your day." He stated. I mind-linked Trevor, my Beta (I have a meeting with Alpha Drake of the Lunar Eclipse pack this afternoon and I need my Beta to attend") (I will be waiting next to the car.") he replied back. After hanging up with Alpha Drake, I was thinking of what could possibly be so important that he wanted me to come over this evening instead of another day. I finally finished with my paperwork for the day and looked at my clock and it was already 10 o'clock in the morning when I went to go get ready to leave for my meeting. We left for our l

Now I understood where he was coming from . As I was taking in everything he just told me he picked up a framed photograph from his desk and handed it to me. It was a very ornate frame but as I looked into the picture and looked at her she was very beautiful indeed. She had long gorgeous brown hair that hung just her shoulders. Facial features were elegant and breathtaking. But when I looked into the eyes of his daughter in the picture my wolf went completely bonkers and was dancing in my head. As I set the frame down I looked at Alpha Drake and said "I would like to meet her and I am not worried about her not having a wolf." "Very well." Alpha Drake replied with a smile. He quickly mind linked his daughter and we sat there quietly tell my wolf all of sudden started going crazy in my mind. I looked around the room and asked "Do you feel that or smell something?" Him and my beta looked at me confused when the most delicious smell I ever smelled started filtering in from under the door

A month later, I woke up feeling really sick. I ran to the bathroom and threw up what I had left over from dinner the night before. Atlas came running in behind me and held my hair back while I continued to spill my stomach into the toilet. He called his mom to come over. Once I was done, I rinsed my mouth out and when I walked into the bedroom she was already in my room with Atals and me. "I called the doctor, she should be here any moment." She said. "Why would I need a doctor? I am sure it's just a bug." I replied. "Or it could mean something else," his mom said with a smile. "You think she could be having a pup?" Atals asked. "That's exactly what I mean. Kara dear, when was your last cycle?" she said, smiling at me. I looked at her confused and then it hit me. "I haven't had one since we mated that night." I said. "Then we will know for sure when the doctor arrives. But you need to eat first. If there is a pup in you, you will need all the nutrients you can get." she said as she we

The next morning, I woke to Atlas still lying beside me. I leaned over and kissed his lips. He woke up and pulled me towards him, smiling at me. "Good morning beautiful." He said to me without saying a word. Now that I marked him I was able to hear his thoughts. "I want more of you, right now. How about we stay in bed all day?' He said to me without saying a word. I giggled and thought to myself, "Oh, you want more. How about I do this then?" He looked at me wide-eyed. But before he could say a word to me, I crawled on top of him and started to take his shaft back into my mouth. As I started getting my rhythm going, there was a knock at the door. I got up and put on my bathrobe while Atlas covered up with the covers. When I got to the door and opened it, my mother was on the other side. She looked at me and smiled, " How are you dear?" she asked. "I'm fine mom, mom, you kind of spoiled something. I was in the middle of." I said, pouting. She smiled at me, turned away and walked off. As I reached my limits, I reached down and grabbed his head and held him in place. I screamed out in ecstasy as I went all over his face. Gently and tenderly lapped up my juices and started all over again. This time he shifted his body so I could reach his man-hood with my hands and face as well. As he continued to work on my folds with his mouth and fingers, I reached with my hand and grabbed his shaft with my hand and started working it with my hand and I took it and put it to my lips and started to lick at the tip, and my tounge around it and then slowly worked it into my mouth and let him slide it up and down in my mouth. I reached and gabbed his sack with my hands and played with it as he moved his hips and I followed suit as well, both of us working with each other with such great pleasure. I could hear him gourning with pleasure as his shaft moved in my mouth. I wrapped my mouth tighter around his shaft and sucked harder with each of his outward thrusts. I started to feel the pr

Then all of a sudden my body felt like it was on fire again. But this time the fire was different. I felt like I was running a fever. Calypso was purring in the back of my mind. "What's happening to us?" I asked her. "Being that we are complete now, we are finally going into heat. So be prepared for a long night." she said to me. Atlas knew what to do and instantly picked me up and ran to the bathroom with me. Soon as he entered the bathroom, he shut the door, mind linked his mother and then turned the tub's faucet on, stripped off my clothing and placed me in the tub. His mother came rushing in with bags of ice and opened them up and dumped them in the tub. As soon as she dumped the ice, which helped a little, she quickly ran back up out of the bathroom and to the kitchen and back with a platter of fresh beef, and laid on the side of the tub beside "You need to eat this you're going to need your strength and the iron because you are going to start bleeding very soon and a lot."
