Chapter Seventy-Four

I was growing frustrated. Between the silence of Dark’s imaginary world and the constantly worried voices mulling around my unconscious body, I felt like I was going crazy. 

I had no doubt that the deeper I got in my frustration, the further I got from finding a way out of this mental prison, but I couldn’t see a single glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. 

“Focus, Sophia. Think. How could Dark have done this? As far as you know he only has the power to manipulate iron, he doesn’t have mind control abilities or else he would have used it to get his way a long time ago.” I muttered to myself, ignoring the small voice in my head that mocked the action.
