Chapter 413 Century-Old Safflower

The following day, Gwyneth got out of bed early.

She had promised Root yesterday that she would bring the wonder doctor to treat his grandma.

She looked at the man dozing next to her. She carefully lifted the quilt and got ready to get out of bed.

In his sleep, Liam scowled as he realized that she had left. Therefore, he extended his arm to pull her back into bed.

Gwyneth was aware of his intentions. She smiled helplessly, bent down, and gave a light kiss on his handsome face.

Satisfied, Liam finally relaxed his hold.

A little over an hour later, he also got out of bed. He searched every corner of the house but could not find his wife.

Rather, he discovered a note on the dining room table.

Gwyneth had left it behind before she departed, and it was written in an elegant font.

"Liam, I've made breakfast for you. I kept it warm in the oven. Remember to eat your breakfast before going to the office."

Liam was deeply moved. His wife did indeed give him the best care.
