MATEO

I kissed her. Deeply. I love someone who isn't myself and I am afraid. I am afraid that if I get happy for a while, it won't last and i know it. I am afraid to hurt her. I know i hurt her now by pushing her, but it is better than loving her, protecting her and then leave her. I just want her so bad. I want to feel her skin, her touch, her lips...oh what have i done? Will she ever she forgive me? Probably not.

She hates you Mateo. A lot.

I woke up feeling so tired. I need to go to the gym. I got off of the bed and went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and went down to the basement.

Callie and I slept here last night, but we are going back to my mother's house tomorrow. Lucia has been bugging me a lot wanting to see Callie.

I went downstairs and when I entered the gym, I saw Callie with Samuel, and trust me when I say my blood boiled!

What are they doing here all alone?

"Hey bro." Samuel said waving his hand.

"Hey. What are you both doing here?" I asked casually trying my best not to sound jealous.

"Relax. I am teaching her some self-defense moves." Samuel explained rolling his eyes. He could literally see through me.

"Oh." I replied looking at Callie to find her staring at me.

I made my way to the treadmill and started running.

Every few minutes I turn around to check on them. The third time I turned around, I saw his hands on her waist.

I was losing it... I wanted to choke him, but then I reminded myself that he is my best-friend and he knows I like her even if I did not tell him.

I continued running on the treadmill for another 30 minutes. After that I did some metal lifting.

I finished exercising and so did they. We exited the gym together.

"So, are we going to your mother's house today?" Callie asked not looking at me.

I hummed and continued walking as if she's not here.

She wants to play hard? That's fine with me.

I went back to my room and took a shower. I wore my expensive Armani suit and went to the warehouse's hospital or medical room. When I walked in, I saw Callie standing behind a desk signing some papers.

"We are going." I said.

"Now? It's early." She frowned.

"My sister wants to meet you now." I said coldly.

"Oh. Okay." She replied and made her way upstairs to change.

She went to her room and Samuel and I were left alone.

"Did you get him?" I asked impatiently.

"Yes. He is in the other basement as you requested." He replied and I nodded

I just want to finish this visit with my sister and come back here to kill the shit out of him. I will know everything that happened to her.

CALLIE

I went to my room to get ready. I did leave some clothes in the warehouse in case we stayed here every once in a while.

I wore my white lace dress that goes to my mid thigh. I really love this dress; well I used to love it because James bought it for me, and I have nothing else pretty to wear other than this since I am going to meet his sister. Not that I want to impress her or anything...well yeah a little bit.

Why am I nervous. Oh god. I hope she likes me like her mother did. Why do I even care?

I put some makeup on and that's when I saw the hickey. Oh god, I want his lips back on my neck and everywhere.

I know I need to hide it, but I won't because if someone asks me about it, I will tell them it's from my boyfriend James and let Mateo's blood boil...that's if he even cares. He can't just kiss me and then hurt me. Fuck him.

I finished and went downstairs. I saw Mateo and Samuel in the living room talking and when they saw me they stopped.

"It's about time." Mateo said coldly and I rolled my eyes.

"Come on let's go." Samuel announced.

We walked to the car. Mateo being the gentleman he is, opened the door for me and let me enter first. I mean...he is really confusing. One time he is a gentleman and the other times not.

I entered and sat in the corner, Mateo beside me, and Samuel in the passenger's seat.

I fixed my hair, so that the hickey was exposed.

The car drive was quiet. Nobody said anything. It took us 20 minutes only to arrive.

I got out of the car from my side and closed the door. Mateo got out from the other side. We three walked together and before we reach the door, the door suddenly opened revealing a very beautiful girl.

"HEYYYY!!!!" She screamed and I can tell it's his sister.

"Heyy" I smiled and she jumped on me and hugged me so tight.

"Calm down Lucia, leave her alone." Mateo said harshly.

"Opps! sorry." She giggled. "Hey sucker!" She added pointing at her brother, and I was pretty shocked with the way she talked to him.

I love her.

"Language Lucy" He warned and walked inside.

"Men.." She giggled. "My name is Lucia by the way and yours is Callie right?" She said sweetly.

"Yes. Nice to meet you Lucia." I smiled.

I really really like her and I am glad she likes me.

We went inside and she took my arm in hers. We were practically besties!

"Hola mi hija!" Isabella greeted hugging me.

"Hola" I replied shyly.

"Oh she's already speaking Spanish." Lucia giggled.

"Ooo, where did you get that hickey." She said smirking.

Mateo looked at me with wide eyes and so did everyone basically.

"My boyfriend, James." I giggled shyly.

"Oh! You have a boyfriend! You have to let me meet him to see if he's good or not!" Lucia said excitedly.

"I will" I replied and laughed.

I could see Mateo's face is red. His eyes are red. Suddenly, he stormed out of the living room.

"What happened to him?" Isabella asked.

"Oh just some work. I will go see him." Samuel nervously said and left the living room.
