Alexandra groaned loudly as she woke up from her slumber. It was 6am to be exact and shed had only three hours of sleep. She worked overtime at the hospital, there was am accident downtown and being employed as a part-time cleaner meant she had to keep the place spotless, that included mopping the gut wrenching vomit from a seven year old.

A sigh left her, a dose of fatigue hit her with force as she managed to get up, she yawned and then her three year old sphinx crawled out of it’s corner in the room. It nestled itself against her kegs and she smiled.
