Year 1046
"My name is Nicodemus!...Son of Great Alpha Barron and Regent Theresa." Nicodemus bowed courteously in front of Mirabelle whilst the other hybrids in the woods jumped to their feet ready to attack as their ears picked the words of the famous tribrid.
Mirabelle signalled to her guards, holding them off before a smile crossed her face.
"I am honoured to meet you, handsome lad." Her smile deepened as she stared into his grey Iris. "What do you want?,for you are no fool to walk into my lair without counter measures."
He grinned at her with pleasure flooding through his veins. "Of all leaders that I have met,you are the most reasonable." He acknowledged casually.
She smirked with a scoff. "I have been ruling the hybrids for a century now,of course I should have some wisdom." She responded confidently.
Nicodemus sighed briefly before touring round the grounds.
"As you all know..." He started. "I killed Alpha Geraldton and I abducted Regent Beaumont. Which brings you all to curiosity to why I committed such crimes." He stopped in his tracks gazing at her intently. He continued in his tracks again
"I am a tribrid and by law I have the right to choose any community I deem fit. Behold I walked into my father's pack hoping to be the new Alpha or at least a member but Geraldton wouldn't accept and we all know that to dethrone an Alpha it has to be by a duel challenge."
"Hence, you killed him and became the alpha of the Silvery Claw Centurion Pack" Mirabelle finished his Story with conviction. Wherever he was driving to,would mean no good for her and the Hybrid community.
He laughed briefly.
"You will agree with me that Alpha Geraldton is a rather weak Alpha to rule the greatest pack compared to my father but unfortunately, the pack still refuse to call me their Alpha. Hence, I moved to the witches but they also rejected me." He stopped to take a quick glance at everyone. She furrowed her eye gaze on him.
"Therefore it is not far fetched that you want to join this community." She walked towards him with a smile. He grinned in response.
"No. I want to liberate this community. According to my research,of all communities, the hybrids are the most underrated. The supernatural community created atrocious law to suppress your capabilities just because they fear you!. Restrictions from feeding on humans, regulations on the amount of blood bags given to the community, and many more absurd laws!." He pursed his lips. "But with me by your side, this community shalt be so much powerful and much more respected. You all shalt have the liberty to do as you wish, feeding on humans rather than waiting for a useless authority to feed you,a chance to expand,a chance to lead the Authority. Just think about it Mirabelle,a man whose strength is incomparable to any other being. You shalt be unstoppable!" Nicodemus finished his statement with confidence. He knew Mirabelle as a power craving person and with his deal, she was bound to agree. Nevertheless, this was only his beginning.
"By accepting you,I am committing treason against the Supernatural community because a death Price has been pronounced upon your head but if I were to play cunning...." She held his gaze firmly, her mind racing for options.
"I will accept you into our community. Which one is it,Should I accept you or reject you?" She asked loudly as she stepped away from him. Nicodemus watched carefully how her face curved into a sinister smile.
"My fellow hybrids!!" She started while she threw her hands in the air.
"Today we shalt initiate one of our kind into our community, let us join hands and welcome Nicodemus the famous Tribrid! Into our pack!. Today will mark a new beginning,a new era of the hybrid community!." She finished her statement whilst the other cheered in harmony. Nicodemus grinned.
By the time the sun had descended the initiation finally came to an end. Nicodemus stretched his body as he arose from his knees after the long incision mark inscribed across his shoulder. He let out an heavy breath before speaking.
"Your father was smart but you are smarter" He noticed the cheeky smile that burned brightly on Mirabelle's face.
"I know." Nicodemus stood proudly. "Now since I am now a member of the pack..." He started to gesture. "By law,I hereby challenge Mirabelle for the position of Alpha!"
Every living being gasped in shock as they heard the words of the Tribrid. Mirabelle herself wasn't left out;her eyes were obviously widened with shock that he outsmarted her, that she was going to loose her leadership position to Nicodemus. He played her.
His smile widened at the expression on their faces. He knew there were only two ways about it. Either she dies while facing him or she surrenders. Either way, everything was in his favour.
"I knew it that this man is not supposed to be trusted!. We will not allow you have your atrocious way!" One of them yelled whilst the others joined in a murmur.
"You are alone in our lands which makes you vulnerable." Another growled.
Nicodemus sighed lightly.
"Well then, show me your best and I'll be sure to give you a merciful death." He finished with a short laugh.
Mirabelle watched as her hybrids eyes changed to golden yellow with black veins popping out from the sidelines.
They launched at him with speed but half of them got their neck twisted mid air before reaching Nicodemus who still maintained his calmness.
Mirabelle's gasped while the others wondered in confusion how their mates died.
Nicodemus turned to his back also surprised to see his Gamma appear with witches and werewolves of the Centurion Pack.
"We will not watch a group of lowly hybrids kill our Alpha!" Said the Gamma who roared with confidence.
Nicodemus turned back to the hybrids with a conqueror's smile. "This should be fun" He muttered before his eyes changed into a commanding red with veins popping out from the sidelines.
"I surrender!!" Mirabelle blared making him stop in his monstrous plans but he still maintained his red eyes.
"Now bow to me as your Alpha." He commanded.
She sighed heavily with hesitation before falling to her knees.
"This prophecy will surely come to pass and there shall be no stopping it." Mirabelle sighed heavily while her hands ruffled her hair braid lines. Her closest companion,Jacob only stood by her watching the former alpha wallow in confusion and sorrow. The cold wind that blew across the forest sent shivery shocks down his spine at the thought of Nicodemus. In times past he was good at advising Mirabelle, showing her the ways when she went wrong but this time he was just as dumbfounded as his leader."My Desires has caused me my downfall. I let that bastard tribrid outsmart me,Now I'm in trouble. Once the Supernatural community hears of my betrayal they shalt waste no time slaying me neither can I side with Nicodemus. His cunningness is beyond normal." She glanced at him briefly before resigning to the woods."What do you plan to do now?" Jacob asked with concern. He knew that regardless of her fall she'd remain firm. She held his
"Help!... Help!!....Help me!" Were the screams of the young lady as she ran past bodies of her fellow villagers laying lifelessly on the ground with Vampire bite marks appearing across their necks. She came to an halt abruptly, terrified at the monster that appeared to her in the night that hung deeply. His glowing red eyes pierced through the darkness with a threatening growl. Her hot tears couldn't stop itself from streaming down her cheeks as she trembled."Are you scared,my love?" Nicodemus asked huskily as he approached her close enough to feel her wavy breaths. She shivered as his hand toured down her teary cheek."Please don't kill me" That was all she could mutter in her shivery status.
"Mother" Theresa turned to her 16 year old son as he stood in his sack cloth watching her gather dry woods for the night. She noticed the burdened eyes that hung on his usually happy face."What's wrong?" She easily asked with a concerned expression while she dropped her work to face him squarely."Why do we keep on running?,I lost my father, why do I feel like I am going to loose you too?. You do so much for me and I can tell beneath your happy smile you're still sad,I hate it that I can't help you in these burden you carry." He pursed his lips. "Am I a burden?" "No honey.." she arose to him touching the warmth of his cheek with tears forming slowly in her eyes. "You're not a burden. You are my light, the world's light." Her hands caressed his cheek gently with a comforting smile. She brought him to the small hut making him rest on her thigh."Let me tell you a sto
As Nicodemus entered his secret Chambers alongside Greece he stopped with his back turned towards his Gamma."No matter how many that swears their loyalty to me,there are still traitors amongst us!."Greece sighed silently but Nicodemus could still hear. Even after demonstrating his ruthlessness who would dare to betray him?,Greece thought."I know you think I'm problematic but you will agree with me that majority out there only joined me because they had no choice. Hence, they have no respect for me nor sworn loyalty." Nicodemus turned to him. "How do I win this war?, Greece."Nicodemus watched his Gamma swallow his saliva down his throat, pinching the area between his eyebrow."Like you said before,we fight with our strong will."Nicodemus scoffed. "As far as I'm concerned, only I have the strong will. As my Gamma, you'll have to do better in your thinking and be stronger
".....but why do we need grains,we already have all the poisons." Greece stated confusingly as he watched Nicodemus smile wholeheartedly across the thick trees ahead of them."You must be quite young that you know not." Nicodemus smirked while his Gamma shook the back of his black hair nervously."I am just 26!,Alpha!" Greece stuttered already feeling embarrassed. He knew his Alpha would have thought him more older considering his ranking and maturity. His theory were further confirmed when he saw the look of surprise and admiration drawn on his Alpha's face.Although he was surprised, Nicodemus admiration for his Gamma grew. He enjoyed the fact his Gamma was just as young as he his yet has achieved so much!."I am not surprised though" He lied with a perfect face but Greece whispered under his breath, certain he was lying."Anyways....grains are a taboo for fairies. No matter how strong they a
"Mate!" Greece heard his wolf growl with a rush of tidal feelings coursing through his nerves. Nevertheless,Greece continued to trot towards this purple haired lady who directed her weapon firmly towards his direction. He chose to ignore his wolf, thinking his minds were playing games due to the witches but as they both approached each other with their Spears clashing they each heard their wolf yell in desperation and excitement."Mate!!"Both gasped in response as their bodies touched with tingles touring across their skin and burst of excitement coursing through their veins."You are my..." Greece mentioned almost like a whisper."Mate!" Her surprise burning brightly on her face as she completed those words.
One could start with the burning fire that glowed brightly amidst the nights, the jubilant voices of the centurion Pack, the large flow of spoils or rather, the cold air that toured the outskirts of the highlands. There he was standing close by with Alpha Rai's head still hung on it's stake and his hands crossed behind his back. Cold air escaped his mouth as a little opening formed between his lips."What do you want,Dragon lord?" Nicodemus voiced huskily when Draxler stood by his side. Silence dwelled between the two for a while."Until the war ended,I never really understood what you were fighting for. So it was revenge after all,to avenge your innocent parents." The old man glanced at Nicodemus. "Why didn't you kill me then? But rather chose to use my help."&
ENGLAND1510"What are you doing here, you Middleton?!!" Said the owner of the public carriage transport whose words contained hate!. His actions caught Nicodemus as he watched afar off how the man discriminated young Middleton."But Lord Rudolph ordered this carriage transport free!" The young boy protested even when his parents had slowly retreated from the line."He made it free but not for you and your wretched family of yours!" The owner spat out causing the boy to shiver.Nicodemus gazed intensely ignoring the talks of his Gamma. He then remembered where he had met the young boy;At a library........"Are you reading Dark novels??" Nicodemus asked with a smile as he appr

LAST CHAPTERThis Night would be a troubling one but it will be triumphant. Everyone that breathed in the Academy except those locked in the dungeons gathered themselves outside in the humid darkness to watch the final battle for the fate of the Supernatural world.Nicodemus stood upfront with Arthur by his side. They were all waiting patiently for the arrival of the monster. Eve. The plan is simple. Nicodemus will stab the monster's heart with the precious weapon of his parents and from there his power too will be drained off into the weapon causing the heavy magnitude of power to kill both of them momentarily. They all startled in fear as they saw Eve appear meters away before them. Arthur handed the Stake-like weapon to Nicodemus immediately."I was wrong." Arthur heard Nicodemus say. "Love isn't the weakness of a man. It is the strength. You have a good heart and I know you wo
Once the fight was over. The rest disappeared into the building while Sabrina stayed. She continued to stare at the sizeable amount of blood spilled from the monster and there was Nicodemus's too. Perhaps their blood might be of use. So she spelled two empty jars to her palms. One would be to retrieve The monster and the other for Nicodemus's.She walked to the damaged ground where plenty of the monster's blood lay. She opened the first jar before closing her eyes shut. This spell would take it's toll on her due to little energy she had left."Calicus liberie retrieva, Calicus liberie retrieva, Calicus liberie retrieva, Calicus liberie retrieva!....." She felt the little power of hers draining as the spell began it's work. The black blood rose gradually and steadily into
Dreams. Dreams are our fantasies that we want to become a reality. Even as much as we work hard towards building that perfect reality of ours, this small world we live in will always have the final say. In the end, those dreams grows from a brightly burning fire to a faint light and becomes a castle built in the air. They never come true.Arthur would say he was put in this position. A life where his dreams would never ever come true,a life where his dreams seems so faraway from reach. There she was,the lady he loves dearly crying helplessly in his arms while his friends watched with tears in their eyes too. Was this what he deserves?,a life with no peace."Look at this statues. They are a perfect work of art!."They all turned to the
"He had us played the whole time. Checkmated from the beginning." Arthur added when Sabrina finished narrating their ordeal with Nicodemus."He has a family. A happy one at that." Arthur's hand curled into a fist. The five years they spent in search for a weapon was all for nothing. While they were suffering, Nicodemus was busy the whole time enjoying his life with his family. Once his eyes fell on that adorable kid and his innocently looking mate,he lost the motivation to kill his Sire. But there was still one question left."Why did Nicodemus hesitate in killing us when he had the chance to?." He didn't know when he inadvertently voiced out his thoughts."Probably to enjoy seeing us suffer more." Vincent responded with a frown.
NEW ORLEANSFear. Fear has been the only feeling that reigned for centuries. If it isn't fear of the Tribrid then it is of death or of being dominated or of failing or of trying or of loosing someone you deeply care about. These were the feelings Nicodemus was accustomed to. He expected New Orleans supernatural community to be in great turmoil over his sudden appearance,he expected that feeling of fear but all what he was seeing were different. The communities were in great disorder. They craved for death but all that came were more suffering, pain and helplessness.Packs were already deserted, Covens were a living burial ground and Vampires a living disaster.Faith was greatly disturbed by the scenes she was viewing, thankfully Audrey was fast as
5 YEARS LATERYEAR 2020THAILAND"Audrey!...Audrey!..." Faith's voice echoed throughout the house. "Audrey!..." She emerged into the parlour, her eyes scampering about in search of that small figure."Nick!...help me." She approached him on the dining where he was busy with office files and a cup of coffee.Nicodemus sighed."Audrey!..." His voice echoed throughout the room also. He did it to pacify her. Ever since the day broke, their daughter have been driving her crazy. He almost laughed as he took a quick glance at his wife stressed face.Faith picked up the rustling sound upstairs with her Werewolf hearing. She quickly climbed the steps with a smile."
THAILANDMonths passed and no word from the Tribrid. Even his army had no clue where he was or if he were still alive. The search for Faith too had died down apparently from hopelessness. Many rejoiced from the freedom of the reign of terror, basking in the theory that the Tribrid is most probably dead but only a few knew he was still alive. Hale and Hearty. Sarah,Draxler,Ria were the only beings who knew the Tribrid still existed.Nicodemus stared through the glass wall of his house enjoying the Beach's view. His life was much more easier and happy with his mate. Though they were living their life in secrecy, but this were the best moments of their lives. Their house was designed in sheer resemblance to a normal house. A house where they lived in simplicity.&
"Reece!!"He trotted to her just before she touched the ground. His body shivered in fear and sheer agony while he held her head in his hands. He pulled out the stake behind her. She gasped with more blood gushing out of her mouth. Tears streamed down Faith's face just as it did for Nicodemus."Don't do this!..." He stuttered as she held his cheek with a sad smile. Her eyes were slowly fading into the cold hands of death."I'm s-sorry..." He heard her say in a whispery tone. It further broke him. His hands squeezed her cloth tightly as more of the tears flowed."I can't have you dying on me Reece!. Don't die!." He yelled but it was too late. It was like time slowed as he watched her hand drop from his cheek to the ground. Her e
