Sibel’s POV

I followed Paul to the room he lead the way wike I was behind him. As soon as I stepped into the room, Paul closed the door behind me with a deliberate click, the sound so loud, everywhere was quiet and that was why the sound was loud. I turned around to see him twist the lock, and my instincts immediately flared up. I stiffened, forcing myself to maintain a calm exterior, but inside, I was being alarm, I was on alert.

“Why did you lock the door?” I asked, keeping my voice steady, even though I didn't trust him one bit.

Paul gave me a half-smile, one that didn’t reach his eyes... A fake smile. “Because this conversation can’t be overheard, Sibel,” he replied, walking past me to a small table in the corner of the room. “We need to be cautious about who’s listening. Some things aren’t meant for public ears.”

I didn’t respond, my eyes tracking his every movement. He picked up a glass pitcher and poured water into two glasses, his actions slow, as if to make sure I was watchin

Sibel’s POVPaul knelt on the cold ground, trembling, his hands clasped together in desperation. Sweat beaded on his forehead, his eyes wide as he stared up at Dylan, who left me and walked towards Paul.“Please… Dylan,” Paul croaked, his voice barely above a whisper. “I didn’t know who you were… I swear… just let me go…”Dylan’s gaze darkened, his jaw clenched as he balled his fist. Dylan gaze still fixed on Paul, as though deciding whether Paul was was worth sparing after all the trouble he has caused. And then I had this thought. "Paul had to be involved in something far darker than he was admitting. The buying and selling of Omega...an operation so vile, and I've heard lots of rummors about it. Paul had to have a role in it." My thoughts raced, connecting the dots as Paul kept pleading.“Dylan, please… I’ll give you anything you want, just spare me. I’ll disappear, I’ll never come back…”Even though I wanted to see Paul punished, I knew letting him live was the key to something bi

Sibel’s POVI woke slowly, my body felt heavy. Frowning, I blinked, forcing my eyes open, trying to make sense of where I was. The soft fabric of a suit jacket was draped over me, its warmth and familiar scent comforting in a strange way.Dylan’s suit.I shifted slightly on the couch, I was weak, and I fought to keep my eyes open. Everything felt distant, as if I were floating just out of reach of reality. The poison. Paul. It all came back in flashes, his smirk, the drink, the sharp pain that followed. My heart raced at the memory, but my body was too drained to react.“Easy,” a familiar voice murmured, full of worry.I turned my head slowly, my vision settling on Dylan. He was kneeling beside the couch, his face tight with concern. In his hand, he held a small vial...witch’s medicine, the contents of the medicine glowing faintly in the dim light. His other hand reached for mine, his fingers wrapping gently around my own as if afraid he might break me.“You’re awake,” he said, his vo

Sibel’s POVI watched as Dylan stood up slowly. Our eyes locked, and for a moment, something unspoken passed between us. There was a tension in the air that I hadn’t fully noticed until now, an undercurrent that seemed to thrum with a realization I hadn’t been willing to face.My gaze lingered on him longer than I intended. The way his jaw was set, the tightness in his shoulders, the look of something in his eyes...disappointment?...in his eyes before he managed to mask it. It was then that I realized how much more this moment, this conversation, meant to him than I had allowed myself to see.“Dylan, you…” I started, but the words caught in my throat. What was I supposed to say? My hand reached out almost instinctively, giving him a gentle pat on the shoulder. It felt awkward, so far removed from the intensity of the moment, but I didn’t know what else to do. I wasn’t used to seeing him like this... So exposed, so vulnerable.“You’re a good guardian,” I said softly, my voice barely ab

Cara’s POVI was wondering what was happening inside, because Dylan came. And immediately, Paul stumbled out of the room, blood stained his clothes, his eyes full of fear. I gasped, pressing myself further into the corner, my heart pounding in my chest. What in the world had just happened? He looked like he had been to hell and back, and seeing him like that made me angry.I didn’t dare move, not even to breathe too loudly. I watched as Paul staggered down the hallway, clutching his stomach, blood dripping between his fingers. He was too terrified to even notice me hiding, and in an instant, he was gone, disappearing into the darkness.I froze. What could have possibly scared him like that? My mind raced, trying to make sense of what I’d just witnessed. Then, the door opened again, and my breath caught in my throat.Dylan and Sibel stepped out. Dylan’s eyes were sharp, his face set in a stern, unflinching expression. Sibel looked just as calm... Though weak, as though whatever had hap

Cara’s POVI stared at Paul, disbelief by what he just told me now. My heart pounded in my chest, as if trying to burst out of my ribcage. His horrible words settled on me, suffocating. What did he just say? My mind raced, trying to make sense of it, trying to wrap around the dark plan he had laid out before me. It sounded insane, reckless, and more dangerous than anything I had ever been involved in.“Are we really going to do that?” I whispered, my voice shaking with the horror I couldn’t hide. My hands trembled, and I clenched them into fists, trying to steady myself. “What if something happens, Paul? What if it goes wrong?”Paul sneered, his face twisted with arrogance. “What are you afraid of, Cara?” His voice was low, taunting, as if my fear was a joke to him. “If you don’t say anything, and I don’t say anything, who will know?”I opened my mouth to protest, but his cold stare shut me down. There was a cruel glint in his eyes, something I hadn’t noticed before. Maybe I had been

Sibel’s POV“If Cara’s involved, there’s no telling what she might do,” I muttered under my breath. The thought of her...spiteful, cruel Cara...having her hands on innocent little Charles made my blood run cold... I was scared for Charles.I immediately turned to Dylan, my voice urgent. “Check the surveillance, Dylan. If she’s taken him, we’ll need proof.”He looked at me, concern etched across his face. “Sibel, you’re not in any condition to be running around after what happened earlier. You should stay put.”I shook my head, cutting him off before he could finish. “I’m fine,” I insisted, though I am still feeling weak, but I could manage. The witch’s medicine was helping, but it hadn’t fully worked through my system yet. Still, I couldn’t sit back and wait while Charles was missing, not if Cara was involved. “We don’t have time to argue about this.”Dylan hesitated, confused between his instincts to protect me and his duty to follow my orders. Finally, he relented, but not without m

Dylan’s POVWe were almost at the border. Just a few more steps, and we’d be back on safe ground, or so I thought. The night was quiet, too quiet, and then, out of nowhere, they came... soldiers, a whole group of them, bursting out of the shadows. Theybwere with weapons and they surround us before we even knew what was happening."Don't move!" one of them barked, his voice hard andnut said it cleared enough for us to hear. I froze for just a second, my mind racing. But then instinct kicked in, and I stepped in front of Sibel, putting her behind me where she’d be safe. I could feel her hand clutching my shirt, and I could tell she was as tense as I was.I raised my hands, not surrendering, just ready. Ready to fight if it came down to it. “Who are you?” I called out, my voice steady, though inside, I was on edge. “Let us go!”One of the soldiers, the one who seemed to be in charge, stepped forward. He took his time, like he wanted me to see him coming. His face was hard... With no expr

Sibel’s POVSilas was nothing like Beta Ben. The second I met him, I knew it. Beta Ben followed every word Alpha Lionel said, not a single doubt in him, but Silas? He was different. There was something fierce about him, a fire that felt almost dangerous. You could tell just by looking at him... he was angry. Angry with the way things were, the way people were suffering under Alpha Lionel’s rule. He looked like someone ready to stand up and fight, not just sit back and follow orders. We sat down across from him, and I could see the frustration on his face. It was like he was holding back something he wanted to shout out loud but couldn’t. He spoke low, his voice filled with emotion.“Omegas are getting bullied,” he said, shaking his head. “People are dying. No one’s safe, not with the way things are going now.”I listened, feeling the pain in his voice, but also the anger. And honestly, I felt it too. I knew how bad things had gotten, knew that the weak were suffering, and it didn’t si

Dylan’s POVSmith looked at us, sighing as if he’d expected all the questions we were throwing his way. After a pause, he leaned in and shared an information... It was as if it was our last hope. “There’s someone who might be able to help you,” he said. “A beta named Silas. He has a real heart for his people. They trust him, and Alpha Lionel has a bit of respect for him too.”Sibel and I exchanged glances, a glimmer of hope flickering between us. If there was even a small chance Silas could lend us a hand, we had to try. With Smith’s guidance, we set out to find this Beta Silas. After a short while, we reached a modest but well-kept house on the outskirts of the pack’s main territory. Smith knocked, and soon enough, a young man opened the door. He looked a few years younger than Beta Ben, his sharp features softened by a steady and thoughtful expression.“This is Beta Silas,” Smith introduced, then added with a respectful nod, “And these two are Sibel and...” He looked at me, giving m

Dylan’s POVSibel looked at me, and I knew instantly she could see right through me. She always could, somehow. She tilted her head, studying me, her expression soft but firm. “Dylan,” she said, her voice calm yet filled with a determination that only made my worry grow. “I don’t want to leave. I want to stay here, with you. I want to fight with you.”Her words hung in the air between us, heavy and solid. And I felt something tighten in my chest. Sibel wanting to stay—part of me wanted that too, more than anything. But the other part, the part that knew how dangerous things had gotten, just wanted to keep her safe, away from all this madness.I looked away, trying to hide the conflict in my expression, but she wasn’t fooled. She never was. She stepped closer, and I felt her hand on my arm, grounding me. “Dylan,” she repeated, her tone softening just a bit, but that strength was still there. “Don’t you see? I’m not backing down. I know what’s at stake here, and I still want to be here.

Sibel’s POVBeta Ben was clear, and there was no mistaking his tone. He looked straight at me, then at Dylan, his face hard and unchanging. “I can’t approve this,” he said, firm but not harsh. “There are just too many risks,” he continued, shaking his head slowly, as if each word was weighing on him. “I’ve got to protect both of you. Alpha rights, this whole fight… it could turn ugly, and I don’t want to see either of you hurt.”Hearing him say that made my stomach twist. I felt like I’d been holding my breath, waiting for him to give us the green light, and now all that hope just deflated. I could feel disappointment creeping in, but I forced myself to stay quiet. I knew arguing wasn’t going to change anything. Beta Ben had made his decision, and we just had to accept it.Dylan looked at me, a sigh escaping him. “He’s afraid this is too much,” he said softly, more to himself than to me. “He thinks if we go forward, Alpha’s rights will end up hurting you more than helping.”I gave a s

  • The Maid Is Alpha Heiress   Chapter 107

Sibel’s POVThe moment I opened the door and saw Beta Ben, I couldn’t hide my shock. This old, frail man standing before me... he was the Beta of this pack? I almost couldn’t believe it. He looked so old, so tired, moving slowly as he hunched forward with a bent back. I’d never seen a Beta look like this. Betas were supposed to be strong, powerful, ready to stand by the Alpha, not hidden away in a place like this. The room itself was as rundown as he looked, stuck away in this hidden, deserted corner of the pack’s territory. How could Alpha Lionel let this happen to him? How could he turn his back on his own Beta, someone who must have served the pack so loyally for years? It didn’t make any sense. I tried to imagine what Beta Ben might have looked like in his younger days, when he was strong and ready to defend the pack. It hurt to see him like this, and I felt an anger rise in me toward Alpha Lionel. This wasn’t just neglect... it felt like cruelty. As I sat with Beta Ben, I could f

Dylan’s POVWe were stuck, not sure where to go next, so we thought of one last option: Lionel’s Beta. Maybe he would help us. Mr. and Mrs. Smith looked at me, worry in their eyes, and asked, "Are you sure he’d want to see you?" They sounded uncertain, almost like they knew something I didn’t.But what choice did we have? We had to take a chance, even if it was a long shot. I nodded. "We got to try." It was the only thing I could think to say, even though part of me wasn’t so sure either. With Mr. and Mrs. Smith guiding us, we set out to find where Beta Ben lived. It didn’t take too long, but his house was hidden away, tucked into a quiet part of the woods, like he wanted to be left alone. I took a deep breath as I walked up to the door, feeling the weight of the moment pressing on my shoulders. My hand hovered above the door, just for a second. I knocked, and then stepped back, waiting. There was silence. I could feel my heartbeat drumming in my ears, wondering if he’d even answer. F

Dylan’s POVEarlier, as soon as Sibel mentioned we’d need to head back to the pack early, I knew I had to reach out to Smith. I didn’t waste any time... I pulled out my phone and called him right away. Smith answered after a couple of rings, but I could tell from the way he said my name that he was caught off guard.“Dylan?” he said, his voice sounding puzzled. “Why are you calling? Weren’t you supposed to be away a while longer?”I paused, choosing my words carefully. Smith and I went way back; he knew me well enough to sense when something was up. Still, I hadn’t told him the real reason for wanting to return, and I knew that dropping it all at once would catch him by surprise.“It’s complicated,” I replied, trying to keep my voice steady. “There’s… something important I need to do in the Golden Crescent pack. It can’t wait any longer.” I paused, taking a breath, then continued, “I’m coming back to stop what’s happening to the Omegas. The way they’re being treated, it isn’t right. I

  • The Maid Is Alpha Heiress   Chapter 104

Sibel’s POVI was stunned by the sight that greeted me in the Golden Crescent pack. The suburbs were filled with bodies, women and children mostly, scattered on the ground as if left to rot. Some looked so thin, bones pressing tight against skin... they must’ve starved to death. Others had been killed, their bodies lifeless and cold. Each step I took felt heavy, the air stench with the scent of dead bodies. As we moved slowly through the streets, I noticed how empty the place felt, yet haunted, as if memories of those who’d suffered were still watching us. I couldn’t pull my gaze away from the heartbreaking sight. It felt like the whole world had abandoned them, left them in these dirt-streaked alleys to fend for themselves. There was no help, no hope, just silence. Finally, we left the outskirts behind and reached the heart of the Golden Crescent pack. It was like stepping into a completely different world. Suddenly, the dirty, crumbling buildings faded away, replaced by grand houses
