Sibel’s POV

As I witnessed Jolie's knees touch the ground, a jolt of shock and anger surged through me. "Jolie!" I called out, my voice filled with disbelief.

"What are you doing?" I demanded, my words tumbling out in dismay. "Don't let them see you like this. It only fuels their arrogance, their belief that we're inferior."

I immediately grasped Jolie's arms, trying to lift her to her feet. But she resisted, her eyes cast downward in defeat.

"No, Jolie, don't give in," I implored, my voice low and urgent. "Stand up, show them we won't be broken."

But she refused to budge, her submission etching a deep sorrow within me. My anger flared, fueled by the injustice and bullying happening before me.

"Sibel, stop it," Jolie pleaded, her voice weak. "I just want... I just want to kneel down, please. Just face the fact."

I looked at her, determined. "No, Jolie, don't kneel down. It will only make them see us as lower."
